Manager Andy is very RUDE. I ordered pick up 2 Cheesesteaks tots and onion rings. I added lettuce tomato mayo to one. Picked up my order and got home and didn't see lettuce tomato mayo on one so I called and asked for it to be re-made. When I went in to pick up new sandwich a waitress asked my name and said she would get her manager. Well, the manager was rude and aggressive from the start. His hands were shaking. outstanding staff,food, and facilities. staff is friendly. food is always hot and tasty. facilities is clean and inviting. great job always. my wife and I go once a week, sometimes twice never had an issue.

Tried for over 2hrs to call in an order for 16 people at work. No answer no way to order online either. Go by on my way home to see if the number is correct and it is. They just refuse to answer and will not allow you to call in an order. Didn’t even offer an apology. No call ins no online orders no answers to repeated calls. Just lost all of our business.
