Definitely one of my favorite places to go to. Lavonne is such a big part of this little community and the girls, they are the SWEETEST!! No matter how crazy busy it is in there, they always welcome you with a smile ❤️

The staff greets everyone at the door, even when busy, creating a very inviting environment. Highly recommended drinks include Watermelon Sugar and Raspberry Peach Bellini, along with the coffee. Many customers have praised the meal replacement shakes and energizing teas as the best around. Despite slightly higher prices, Rize Nutrition is a cute spot for pre or post-workout treats like Summers Last Blast, and it truly feels like a local business that cares about its customers.
