Pizza showed up with NO cheese on it 😂. Still not entirely sure if it was my mistake or some kind of app glitch, but either way I called and spoke with Sammy. No questions asked, he immediately made it right and had a fresh pizza back at my door within 30 minutes.
That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge thanks to Sammy for handling the situation professionally and taking care of us so quickly. Definitely earned this 5-star review!
