Their pizza tracker and "ready time" is a joke--if you read the "fine print" it even says it is for entertainment purposes. You will be waiting if it's busy. I waited 20 minutes after it said ready, and by then they were telling people on the phone that orders would be a 90 min wait.
We have been loyal Papa Johns customers in Raleigh, Roxboro and Swansboro. Tonight we ordered our usual in Swansboro - a large works with cheese crust. We were astounded when we opened the sealed box. There were less than half the toppings that we are used to on the pizza. It was anything BUT a Works. Very sparse.

Not OK. Talked to Jayden and they are fixing it but wow.. this is gross... supposedly it's a door dash issue which I don't use but PJs does use. We tipped the driver and got literal slop.
