“** Customer Service Announcement** Thank you Domino’s Pizza in Swansboro, NC for being Amazing at correcting your mistake!! I ordered Domino’s Delivery for dinner tonight and had to wait 56 minutes (Pizza places were BUSY tonight) for our pizza, salads, and breadsticks to arrive. It never showed although the app said it had been delivered. I called the restaurant and they were awesome 🤩 They not only resent my order within 20 minutes, but they fully refunded my $$$ and gave me a free pizza for my next visit!! Other restaurants can take notes 📝 📝📝 It’s not the fact that you can’t mess up, but you own your mistake and you make it right with the customer to put them in a better place😊😊😊“

“Had a great experience Thursday night getting a large Supreme Pizza with hand tossed crust. It was picked up from the drive through. Check reviews Tuesday at Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Domino. I didn’t want to order a pizza after reading the reviews. After wanting some so bad, it suddenly dawned on me that a lot of people only leave reviews if they have a bad experience. I really love the pizza. Share some with my health aide, had the additional slices individually wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a plastic bag. I enjoy taking a couple of slices out and placed on a plate after removing the aluminum foil. Place the foil on a cookie sheet. Defrost the pizza a few minutes in the microwave, place the slices on the aluminum foil and warm in the oven about eight minutes. Return to the plate and enjoy. If you have a good experience, share it as well as the bad. Seems all businesses want feedback.“

“Pizza showed up with NO cheese on it 😂. Still not entirely sure if it was my mistake or some kind of app glitch, but either way I called and spoke with Sammy. No questions asked, he immediately made it right and had a fresh pizza back at my door within 30 minutes.

That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge thanks to Sammy for handling the situation professionally and taking care of us so quickly. Definitely earned this 5-star review!“

“I have been several times when it first opened . Returned back last night and was disappointed . Server was sweet but food took way too long. The boneless wings were cold and tough, chicken sandwich was dry. Chicken wraps were good . Spent $110 on 4 plates & 2 beers. Wasn’t our best experience. 🥴“

“My mom works here and let me tell you the lineup for food during the day has never been so good there's more than just pizza there's biscuits in the morning sausage and egg and cheese . Then for the rest of the day there's burgers, chicken sandwiches, and much more but it depends on the day I highly recommend stopping here for a snack during lunch break at work“

“I didn't know they had a drive-thru pick up option here. I'm definitely going to use this option when I pick it up. The staff were really nice and cheerful. Our pizza is always perfect, and they're quick at making and delivering it.“
