I ordered Domino’s Delivery for dinner tonight and had to wait 56 minutes (Pizza places were BUSY tonight) for our pizza, salads, and breadsticks to arrive. It never showed although the app said it had been delivered. I called the restaurant and they were awesome 🤩 They not only resent my order within 20 minutes, but they fully refunded my $$$ and gave me a free pizza for my next visit!! Other restaurants can take notes 📝 📝📝 It’s not the fact that you can’t mess up, but you own your mistake and you make it right with the customer to put them in a better place😊😊😊“

“Had a great experience Thursday night getting a large Supreme Pizza with hand tossed crust. It was picked up from the drive through. Check reviews Tuesday at Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Domino. I didn’t want to order a pizza after reading the reviews. After wanting some so bad, it suddenly dawned on me that a lot of people only leave reviews if they have a bad experience. I really love the pizza. Share some with my health aide, had the additional slices individually wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a plastic bag. I enjoy taking a couple of slices out and placed on a plate after removing the aluminum foil. Place the foil on a cookie sheet. Defrost the pizza a few minutes in the microwave, place the slices on the aluminum foil and warm in the oven about eight minutes. Return to the plate and enjoy. If you have a good experience, share it as well as the bad. Seems all businesses want feedback.“
