“It's take out or delivery only at this location so can't speak on atmosphere. As far as the service, food and accuracy of order you can't beat it. The key is to call order in. Being able to speak more personal they get it right and usually go above and beyond. No matter what changes or specialty requests I ask for they always make sure they understand and get it right. Hands down best pizza, pasta and desserts in Washington.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access to getting inside building but for take out all you have to do is arrive on-site, call the store and they will bring it out to your vehicle with smiles on thier faces.“

“I haven't eaten from Papa John's in years, however it was nice that my information was still in the system from my Charlotte days. We used to eat it regularly back then. The pizza was ok. I feel like there used to be more sauce and garlic to it back then.

Parking: It's in a mall and since it's holiday season traffic was kind of cray. But parking is available.“

“Update: Visited this location 10/15/26 . Ordered two chicken snackers , one with slaw. When I received my order I was missing my slaw. I went inside after being in the drive thru & politely notified the staff that my order was incorrect. The front staff young lady was very sweet. She let the maker of my order know that it needed correcting.
Well the lady making the order was not nice about it at all. You instantly saw her annoyance. She remade the sandwich with an excessive amount of slaw …NO GLOVES might I add. Brought the sandwich out no apology , just attitude. I kindly asked the young lady at the front are they required to wear gloves when making orders ; she replied yes & even confirmed with another employee. I could tell by the energy from the other staff that this is typical behavior from the lady making orders. Terrible attitude for a mistake YOU MADE. Didn’t even want the sandwich anymore because if your attitude is nasty , I’m sure your hands were too! I hope she never makes another order for me again.
