Today was my first time ever trying burrito shak, and Hannah was the one who took my order and made my food and she was so kind, pleasant and patient. She has GREAT customer service skills. These days that kind of customer service is hard to come by, but I was glad for my first time at burrito shak, I got to experience it. Keep being great Hannah! Your customer service and the quality of my food is the reason I will be back.
I came in Friday afternoon with my son to get food to bring home. we ordered two bowls. paid at the register. didn't get a receipt. and realize Saturday they double charged me. Monday it cleared. Very sad. I won't be returning. cuz I have no way of proving that what my order was with no receipt that the young lady didn't give me. so please talk to your staff about double charging people. have a great day
