“Stopped by Angie’s Lighthouse Cafe and had a great experience. We were greeted right away and able to order quickly. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, which made the visit even better. The food was solid—classic diner fare done well—but prices were a little on the high side for what you get. That said, the overall vibe is exactly what you want from a local spot: cozy, welcoming, and clearly a favorite among regulars (a lot of familiar faces came through while we were there). Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want a relaxed, homey meal.”

“Came in for a quick dinner on 6/19/25, they were absolutely slammed. About 4 or 5 boys behind the counter just absolutely grinding the line and the call in/onlines. Despite the work load, they were all super friendly and cheerful. Each one said something personalized or cheerful to me and smiled or cracked a joke. While I sat here eating until about 830, 30 mins before close, another big rush hit. Not one sigh or bad word about the customers or work load. I dont know who owns this franchise or whos training these young men, but theyre killing it. Wish my home JM was this good. Big compliments to the boys, they killed it tonight.”

“The staff here always gets our order on point and even remember our regular toppings/bread type, hot or cold, ect.; Excellent staff. Excellence in (very fast) service. Lots of extras too like free WiFi access provided to customers, and the location I go to in Cape Carteret, NC is conjoined w/ a gas station inside.

Vegetarian options: They let you custom make most of the sandwiches, & staff are awesome at being flexible with choosing alternatives for your choices. (I.e. Can build your own sandwich).

“I mistakenly ordered my food too early in the mobile app. I called the store and asked if I could push back the time of pickup and they had already made the order (usually this is a great thing lol). Aaron was very helpful in offering to make another sandwich to better align with the pickup time.

“This is one of the best bars to go to. They always have good food trucks. The atmosphere is always great. All walks of life are here but everyone mingles well together. It is always a fun place to be. Great bands, drinks and great dancing. You should check this place out in any season of the year. Fun place. They also have a shuttle which will pick you up and take you back home. You're not going to find that just anywhere. And the shuttle drivers are very dependable.”

A welcome respite from all the cookie cutter chain dumps where you're lucky to receive either good service OR good food. Yanas has both, everything you would expect from local folks that care.. You can sense the positive and warm energy immediately, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention waitress Holly, who possesses those qualities in abundance. Kudos”
