“I was sitting in the line at dunkin (which took too long) so i left and drove past the pine stand co trailer on camp lejeune as i was about to leave. i was craving coffee so i decided to stop. so happy with my decision! the coffee is delicious and the woman running shop was very friendly and answered all my questions. :)”

“This place is awesome. Workers are fun and fast! Food comes out hot and they don't put too much ice in the ice tea! Chicken is soooooo delicious with the buffalo sauce and the bone in chicken prices are really good for a large family. Bathrooms always clean and so is the floors of the restaurant which is telling of their sanitation. Good spot right next to the highway too.”

“Food was amazing, We got the grilled Yellowfin tuna sandwich, cucumber tomato salad, grilled shrimp tacos and onion rings. Service was great, but the wait was very long just to place the order, after that food was out in 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice. Very limited parking, we kind of just got lucky with a spot.Parking: Very small amount of parking, most of the parking lot is reserved for other businesses in the area.”

“One of the best Asian restaurants, I have been to, eveything I tried is made with quality at a great price. Obviously they put lots of love in everything from their food to take out order experience. Images for each dish. Fresh ingredients, quality in every way. I do hope they didn't use imitation crab (a different name for it in their description that I didn't know the meaning of) or lettuce in their dishes, takes away from their quality and authenticity a bit.”

“Man what not to say. Family owned and family fun. They are great people that make great BBQ. Had the brisket tacos and fries. ALL their dessert ? are to die for. Eclair cake, home made Nanna pudding. Great sausage link or in a bun for a good price. Green beans are like maw maw makes with ham juice. Man just a great place love going in the summer after being on the water all day.Parking: They do offer boat or trailer parking for 10 bucks if the boat ramp is full. Save ya from a 280 dollar ticket .... don't ask how I know hahah.”

“I eat at Star Fish Grill on the way back to Wilmington each time I have meetings in Cherry Point. They never disappoint. The decor always incorporates the holidays along with their nautical theme. It’s always fun to see what has changed each visit. The food has always been excellent and I always look forward to my next visit. The service goes without saying. If it wasn’t good I would not have been back so many times. I am known to be extremely picky and I can always find something new to try. The only disappointment is they are not in Wilmington.”

“Very romantic and polished dining experience. The food was incredible and so was the service! The Osso Buco was incredible and the Quattro Formaggio pasta was delicious as well. Add the calamari for a starter and finish with the cheesecake! Great meal. It’s on the more expensive/fine dining end, though you can wear jeans. There were kids at the restaurant, but I was happy to be dining without kids in a date like atmosphere.”

“Superb food and service. Most places should take notes on service here. When we went, it was very crowded, but that was because of a birthday party and they couldn't utilize outside due to rain. Pricing was fair for the area. Dining inside requires you to navigate steps. Fantastic place, really.”

“Coastal Haze exceeds expectations for what one would look for in a local restaurant. From perogies of the day / week to the quintessential definition of a burger. Everything I've tried has been fresh, hot, flavorful with big portions.If you're looking for a good local spot this is it. Prices are high for some people but Id rather pay for quality and support locals then a cheap meal to a franchise any day of the week.Not one complaint here from me!”

“Popped in here on a cold February night on the island. Immediately the owner spotted us and gave a warm welcome. Throughout the night his attention to guests took center stage. Recognizing almost everyone he was quick to say hi, wave a hand and stop by the table to chat. He definitely made a mark on our visit! At his recommendation we ordered the expresso martini and smoky old fashioned. Both were delicious and followed by more. There was no food service being off season, but we were invited to order from a neighboring restaurant. Soon the owner was serving popcorn hot off the popper to the patrons. Great treat to accompany cocktails. This place has a great local vibe, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the locals will keep Bar 1957 around for a long time. I’ll be there for sure!”

“In addition to the slushies, they have lots of unique homemade (I believe) ice cream flavors. The coconut ice cream was not very coconuty, but the amaretto cherry was so good, and the dark chocolate mudslide one was delicious too. They are also right by the pier, so you can go out to the beach or pier to enjoy your ice cream.”
