They put too much emphasis on mobile and drive thru orders. When you have to stand there for almost 10 minutes before getting acknowledged to have your order taken, that's an issue.
The stock of pre-made bases for items like tea and iced coffee should be monitored and a new batch made ready BEFORE you run out and have to wait 15 minutes for more to brew.
And if there is an issue, at least update the customer as to the problem, offer an alternative that can be made...read full review
