So far, I have been very pleased with the Starbucks in Cape Carteret. I have been to this location many times since they opened, and I am always pleased with their service and coffee. Today's drinks looked especially pleasing, so I had to post some pictures!

I understand business around the area are short staffed but when you wait in line for 7 minutes even pulled my phone out to count took so long before even being acknowledged is not how a customer service based business is supposed to work. I walked out and even said I guess not half the worked looked at me and still no acknowledgment. So I went across the street and got coffee at circle k.

I love me some Starbucks. I don’t enjoy watching the drive thru take priority and the barista literally make my exact drink twice and skipping my ticket for tickets that had to go out the drive thru. Three drinks later I got mine. Just cause the drive thru has a timer doesn’t mean the customer in the lobby is less important.
