“Amber, our waitress, was super attentive and very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. We signed up for Red Robin Rewards and received a free appetizer on the spot. The onion rings were terrific, my daughter's American Burger and my sauteed mushroom burger were really delicious. The regular and garlic fries we're not their best today although they were hot they were not crisp and the garlic fries we paid extra for had no garlic flavor whatsoever which is weird because usually they are super garlicky. They do get extra points though for the great service“

“Parking: Plenty of spots to have plenty of cars. It can get to be a bit of a nuisance, when the drive-thru line is backed up, but they are so quick at getting food out that it's very rare to be a burden.

Kid-friendliness: The Cook Out trays are great for kids and adults. My wife likes her burger, but she loves to get a BLT, as well. She gets out youngest his own tray, so he can have his own nuggets, fries, and a drink, and gets her BLT, with that tray, to save money.“

“one high light was they had the lobby closed at the marine Blvd address even though it was open last week we drove to the western Blvd one the food was hot an good an they were short staffed so I appreciate that the lobby was open“

2018: New place in Jacksonville. Seems like a sort of copycat Steak n Shake.

“I don’t typically leave reviews but this one must be put out there! We had a Christmas party with a surplus amount of people! Our servers Makayla and Tyler were absolutely amazing! Very attentive and very social with all of us! So grateful for them and the amazing service they provided the whole time we were there! I’m upset I didn’t get the bartenders name, but she was also amazing and her drink making skills were great!“

The lady taking my order was SUCH a nice lady and spoke to her employees with respect but she was definitely in charge. Very clean store. Condiments, straws and such were stocked and organized. “I’m a little embarrassed to admit how often I go to Sonic—across America, really—but I visit this location in Jacksonville the most. They’ve gotten my order wrong on occasion, but for as much as I’m here, they usually do a great job. The food is typical American fast food—nothing to rave about—but their drinks are why I keep coming back.

I also want to give Madison a special compliment. She’s always motivated, positive, and just overall pleasant. Every time she brings out my order, she reads it back and makes sure everything is correct before leaving. I haven’t caught her on a bad day yet!“

“The Biscuits and gravy taste weird, there's not enough gravy to even absorb into the biscuit. Soldier seen with like a light coating on the biscuits. Yas, for extra gravy. They bring it two ounces of flay cup of extra gravy little that they had to make a coffee with empty so we had to wait, tell him bruce.. Very disappointed in the ihop chain reputation definitely does not live up to it.“

Wheelchair accessibility: You have to go up 2 steps but it wasn't hard as long your not by yourself.“

They took care of me, and as i was trying to go over my recipes. I hear good job, guys. And they repeated it. As well. They worked together as a team and got my meal out in a very timely manner.“

“I love Hardees, but your portion sizes have become ridiculous considering the size of all your items shrinking so much. You also raised your prices along with so many others here in town, along with smaller portions, making choosing to go to Hardees less and less my choice when I need to get something to eat. Please find a better way to handle the increase in your daily cost to operate than down sizing and higher prices.“

“My only gripe about Cook Out restaurants (this one included) is that the drive thru can never hear me. I have to shout considerably loud. Not sure if it's the traffic that these restaurants are always close to, if the speaker system is just lower quality, or if the inside of the kitchen is extremely loud. Or all 3 could be affecting the experience. Either way, it is a little frustrating but the food is worth shouting for, in my opinion.“

“I oftentimes stop at this particular sonic restaurant. Because it is located just outside of Camp Johnson, and it is easy access. The waitstaff is amazing and friendly people.
