“I quite literally just finished eating my meal from here and it was absolutely delicious. I got a chocolate shake, a mushroom Swiss burger, and chili cheese fries and all three were so damn good. The portions are so filling, the guy working was so nice, and the prices are literally insane!(in the best way possible) all that for under 20$...pretty much unheard of nowadays. The difference between jeffs burgers and the other burger places around here is that this place is actually good! Everything was perfect. Price, taste, customer service. I will absolutely be coming back and bringing my husband with me.“

The only negative thing I can say about them is their prices for a full meal will give you sticker shock, but it's great for sharing an excellent quality burger with someone else.Food is always fresh, facilities are clean, and their staff is always friendly and polite.I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars because they necessarily take a little longer than most fast food places, and their atmosphere is iconic, but doesn't give the same comfort as a dedicated sit down place. Neither of those are criticisms, just part of their model.Vegetarian options: If you want vegetarian, you can get it here. It's probably going to be mostly fries.Dietary restrictions: Five Guys always has peanuts in open storage in their dining area and uses peanut oil in their fryers. For the most part all of the employee's are extremely nice, and they will go out of their way to make my order the way that I like it, and they always give me a lid on the side without asking, because they know that I will want one. “Took My Nephew today for his 19th Birthday. It's his favorite Restaurant in Jacksonville. He was given a birthday hat and a staff member took his picture outside the restaurant. Incredible service and friendly. I believe the staff member name was Clara. The place made My Nephew have great birthday!!She was an excellent & friendly staff member. “Ate here with one of my girlfriends for a night out! This was before the renovation but we were highly impressed with the decor. It was so cozy and cute! We had excellent service! The drinks were amazing and the food was excellent! We will definitely be back!“
“Our server was super nice, the food also very good this time. Unfortunately it really depends on the cook you get, sometimes outstanding, sometimes cold, reheated and bland. So far we had luck with the manager and got a discount when it happened to be not so stellar.“
“The manager that was on is the most sweetest lady I have ever met. She greets you with a hello and a smile, and always makes sure that if there is anything we needed she gets for us. “Hands-down, the best Sonic coast to coast. No matter what time of the day everything is fresh, and the tater tots are always golden and crispy. The sodas always taste fantastic! The staff is always providing quick service with a smile. I stopped by every day for my Route 44. This Sonic is a little dated but faster than the newer ones with a drive thru.“
“The food was really good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they were able to switch it out to a grilled chicken, along with tater tots. After ordering, I received a number card, set down and very soon afterwards, they delivered the food to the table.“
