“Celebrated my birthday tonight with great friends and my children. We rocked an 80’s theme and had the absolute best waitress. I’ve never gotten bad service but tonight was truly over the top. They stored my cake for me while we ate then the crew came out with flames a flickering as they lit up the candles and all sang and clapped. This is truly one of our favorite restaurants- we go about once a month“

What a great experience at Shake Shack! Brandon was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to love his job. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and Brandon’s attitude really stood out. Shake Shack is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
