Outstanding food and service always treated great. Go there everyweek.
Wendy’s is one of those places I keep coming back to because when the food is fresh, it’s actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the experience can be really hit or miss. I’ve had orders come out wrong, fries that weren’t fresh, and service that could definitely be quicker and friendlier.
I don’t dislike Wendy’s at all, I just wish the quality and service were more consistent. For me, it’s a solid 3 stars.

Ordered online and 3 items were missing when I got home. In order for my card to be credited I was directed to go online. The attendant never spoke when I greeted her and never smiled.

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant that serves burgers. Customers report the drive-thru staff are angels, very kind, and offer a welcoming smile and friendly greeting. The service is amazing and very fast. Orders are usually accurate and food comes quickly, with staff always nice. Sometimes food is a little more salted than preferred, and the chicken was slightly dry but tasted great. The dining room is sometimes closed earlier than listed hours.
