I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about an unpleasant experience that happened at your restaurant yesterday.
Yesterday morning, I went to your restaurant with my parents for breakfast. The server informed us that there was a “Buy One Get One Free” promotion that day. We ordered four main dishes and one side order, and everything went smoothly. After paying, we even asked the server if the promotion lasted all day, and she confirmed that it did.

my son took me there today for my birthday 🎂 let me say... amazing. our server Melanie was the kindest .sweetest and best server I've had in years at any restaurant. she made my birthday even more special. the food was delicious. the drinks fantastic. 5 stars in my book.
Had the Strawberry French toast with the strawberry crunch on top it was amazing definitely highly recommend!!!!

Based on recent reviews, Brunches Mayfaire is a hidden gem with a cute spot and great vibe. The food is incredibly impressive, with menu highlights including the shrimp and grits, shrimp and grits with lobster cream sauce, chicken and waffles, and the powerhouse bowl. The French fries are hands down the best fries, and the iced coffee with heavy cream is spot on. The food comes out fast and is fresh. The service is top tier, with servers who are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, super accommodating, and on point. The staff takes rude situations in stride and provides discounts when needed. The restaurant knows its niche, focusing on great drinks, a solid selection of tasty Americana dishes, and fantastic service. It is a win every visit, and guests will definitely come back when in town.
