“I’ve been dying to try this local hotdog stand ever since I’ve first came to Wrightsville Beach! The atmosphere definitely reminded me of a great Chicago hotdog stand… Even if the Vienna beef is nowhere to be had, I enjoyed the recommendations from Jackson. I have both the Polish and the traditional trolley dog. Both hit the spot along with the fountain Coke. It didn’t hurt that. It was a beautiful day to have the dogs out on the beach and parking is free in November. Service from Jackson was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.“

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the team of chefs put their heart and soul into every dish. The staff is attentive, and eager to ensure you have the best dining experience. I selected On Thyme for my work Christmas Party and the staff fell in LOVE with everything. “It's a chain and it's basically a 5 guys / smash burger. Their spin is the milkshake offering. Their good but honestly $12 and up for a 12 oz shake is charging a premium price that is only = to a DQ or a cookout shake for half or less. The small fry was $7 and they didn't do the 5 guys way, the only frys I got is what was in the small cup. Last item was the add on's , seriously guys $3 for a small scoop of chilli on my burger and another $2 for 3 slices of bacon so a $5 upcharge on top of a $14 base charge to get a chili bacon cheese burger. Good burger I'm not denying that it's just not a OMG I see Jesus burger and at that price I should be having a religious experience. My burger with small fry and a 12 oz shake was like 33+ $ for one person. Maybe if y'all served beer, be better and worth it“

“Rachel our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire visit. Her personality and positive attitude made the experience even better, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Great service like hers really makes a difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. She deserves all the recognition for going above and beyond! We will definitely be back!“

“Celebrated my birthday tonight with great friends and my children. We rocked an 80’s theme and had the absolute best waitress. I’ve never gotten bad service but tonight was truly over the top. They stored my cake for me while we ate then the crew came out with flames a flickering as they lit up the candles and all sang and clapped. This is truly one of our favorite restaurants- we go about once a month“

“Patio seating was beautiful, even right on the road. The Philly roll appetizer was great as were the sliders. Wings were big and cooked very well but sauce flavor was a little lacking (sweet chili). We sat for about 10 minutes before I had to ask the hostess who our waitress was because we hadn’t seen anyone, but after that service was great“

What a great experience at Shake Shack! Brandon was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to love his job. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and Brandon’s attitude really stood out. Shake Shack is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
And a special shout-out to Gabriella as well for being so friendly and helpful. Both of them made our visit even better. Great customer service all around! 👏“

“The food at COOK OUT is fast to the window, but still maintains the flavor and freshness of a local restaurant. My chicken quesadillas were hot and stuffed with fresh, tender, chicken and dressed with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and melted cheese. I also received some red salsa for dipping and sour cream. As good as any quesadillas I’ve had plus my pineapple- banana shake was so thick I needed the spoon they provided. It tasted homemade with real bits of fruit in every bite. Gotta treat yoself every once in a while.😋“
