Constantly missing items that I order at this location. Had to wait in the drive through line a second time (when it was extremely busy) because I was missing something, and I ended up waiting all the way up to the drive through window. That wasn't even recognized. Didn't receive an apology. That manger at the window wasn't very attentive at all. At least an apology is proper customer service.
Yes its really busy but we sit down at the table with the marker thing and we did not get our food. Everyone else did. My husband had to go up front and complain.RidiculousI will say I know yall are busy.

Place is always corwed either inside or in line for togo orders but the staff there are good at what they do! Even though it's usually at max capacity, staff is really capable at handling the over flow!Kid-friendliness: Play area has room to accommodate up to 10ish kids probably, and parents usually are watching their kids very well!
