They take the allergy seriously. They change gloves, are careful on cross contamination, and pack food separately. Thank you Smithfield’s!“

“Got to experience this restaurant today and it was absolutely amazing! I had never tried a chicken salad sandwich before but when meeting the manager I decided to give it a try, Patrick was super friendly and puts a lot of work and passion into the restaurant and customer service but my food was so good! Such a relief from other fast food restaurants that I’ve tried especially in Jacksonville + I felt full, and good after I ate! So glad I found it, will definitely be going here again often!“

“Every time I order delivery from here it is packaged well and cooked so hot that I have to wait for it to cool. When I sent customer feedback through the website asking them to add hotdogs to their delivery menu on delivery apps, they actually did it. I love this Smithfield's!“

“The service is good, food is good. But for some reason they forget to put all the sides in the bag. For instance; I ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and mac and cheese. Got home I had cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes. No mac and cheese. From now on I'll check my order before I leave the place. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. In my opinion; they need to pay attention to what they're doing.“

“Kolden was the absolute best. Last night me and my friends came in (a group of 5) and all ordered on one tab. Kolden was the one helping us at the register and he was very fun, patient, and accommodating. After we had ordered everything and he was reviewing our order, my friend wanted to swap out her food. Kolden did not problem and asked everyone if they were good. Then when our food was ready he had brought it all out, we were having trouble pin pointing who’s food was who’s and where some was, and Kolden stayed and helped us until we had figured it all out.“

They had a lot of hiccups and he went out of his way to ensure our order was fullfilled as best as humanly possible. I dont know what kfc pays him but based on how amazing he was tonight definitely not enough.“

Chick-fil-A seems to choose quality over quantity in how they make their food. They always seem to go for better quality, not just quantity.“
