“I wish I took pictures the first time trying. Never went inside because I used the drive through. The worker who took the order and gave us our food was polite, professional, and helpful. I wasn't disappointed.

I heard from someone else that the food was dry. I was overly pleased that the order was right the first time and all the food was cooked to perfection. Food was not too dry or overly greasy. It was light and crispy.
I waited about 5 minutes after ordering food but I rather wait a few minutes to get fresh and warm food.

They have many choices of food like shrimp, fish, mac and cheese, fried okra, etc. We ordered friend okra, mac and cheese, fish sticks, chicken tenders, friend chicken, fried liver, biscuit, fried chicken gizzards, and blueberry cheesecake pies. The biscuits are a humble size, light, fluffy and seemed to have something lightly sweet on top which I enjoyed. Everything was so good. The fish sticks was a little smaller than I expected but that's okay. The side order of mac and cheese that came with the surf and turf was a little small but that's okay.
The mac and cheese tasted good and felt homemade.

They gave us all kinds of sauces like honey, sweet tartar sauce, and hot sauce without asking. They also gave us pickled jalapenos, and napkins without asking. I wish they gave us plastic silverware for the mac and cheese but it's okay because I was taking the food home for dinner and perfer real silverware.

“It was my daughter's 5th birthday party last weekend, and all she wanted was Zaxby's chicken tenders at her party. I was having issues ordering a catering order through the website, so I called to the store. I then got connected to Stacy, the store's general manager. She was able to help me place my order over the phone. When I went to pick up the order, it was ready at the right time, and the staff had even written my daughter a birthday card. It was such a special day for my daughter, made even more special by Zaxby's. Special shout out to the general manager, Stacy! We will definitely be continuing to visit often!“

“The service is good, food is good. But for some reason they forget to put all the sides in the bag. For instance; I ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and mac and cheese. Got home I had cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes. No mac and cheese. From now on I'll check my order before I leave the place. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. In my opinion; they need to pay attention to what they're doing.“
