Working short handed, and unable to clean tables, but the staff were working their buttons off. Chicken was great.
8/17/26 You guys need to fix your ice machine. Its August
I wish I would have gotten this gentlemans name. He was a cook and he was so helpful tonight. They had a lot of hiccups and he went out of his way to ensure our order was fullfilled as best as humanly possible. I dont know what kfc pays him but based on how amazing he was tonight definitely not enough.

KFC is a fast food restaurant that serves fried chicken and other meals. The place is pretty clean, and the staff has always been nice and attentive. Customers often find the food to be hot and fresh, and many have had positive experiences, such as receiving a bucket of fried chicken and sides that are hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff also provides good customer service, offering drinks while customers wait for their orders. Some customers have noted that the ordering process can be confusing, as there is both a kiosk and a register, and employees sometimes come out to take orders at the kiosk. Overall, this location can deliver a great meal when they get it right, and most customers plan to return. While there have been some issues, like the absence of bone-in chicken when a mobile order was picked up, staff members often go out of their way to make things right, such as replacing items or giving free treats. Customers also appreciate the consistent quality of the food, especially when they receive exactly what they ordered, like dark meat only, and enjoy friendly service throughout their visit.
