Ordered popcorn chicken took my money then they said they didn't really have popcorn chicken and gave me nuggets saying it's the same. It's not.
Then the fountain ran out of most sodas.
I wish I would have gotten this gentlemans name. He was a cook and he was so helpful tonight. They had a lot of hiccups and he went out of his way to ensure our order was fullfilled as best as humanly possible. I dont know what kfc pays him but based on how amazing he was tonight definitely not enough.
KFC is a well known fast food restaurant with a recognizable menu and a long history, but my overall experience was disappointing.
While the idea of quality fried chicken and classic menu items is appealing, the food can be inconsistent. Items that should be fresh, crispy, and flavorful sometimes fall short, and the overall quality does not always meet expectations.
