“Just wanted to give a shout-out to Josiah! Hands down such a kind human and very friendly, and personable … I was on my way to a photoshoot and he gave me a free coffee because my mobile app wasn’t working and I couldn’t add to my order.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Our first visit last weekend we dined in. I had ordered ahead of time through the app, and they brought it to the table. Without any napkins, straws, forks, or the sauces we ordered.
The 2nd visit was through the drive thru during breakfast. Once again, there were no napkins, straws, or sauces. I can kind of accept this if I ordered inside at the counter, but the DRIVE THRU? Come on guys.“

“I went inside to get food togo around 6pm tonight. It was right in the middle of their dinner rush, and they were super busy. Despite how busy they were, the staff was quick. They moved the line along quickly and I did not have to wait long for my food, which was delicious. This location has hard working, efficient staff.“

“June 2024 at 2pm: My honest review of this KFC location on Market Street was a good experience. I ordered online (not through the app) and picked it up at the time it was quoted. The wait time was very little, the employees were friendly, and my order was correct. After reading lots of bad reviews for this KFC, I wanted to find out for myself. I ordered an 8-piece chicken + 8-tenders fill up on a Thursday at 2pm for $30 and got exactly what I ordered. Perhaps this was a good day and time but I would go back again.“

And the sweet tea? Well, let's just say that it wouldn't be served in the south if it didn't pass the southern sweet tea muster. I'm also really enjoying the order kiosk at this location. It makes it so much easier to decide what you want to eat, if you're not sure, to be able to browse the menu for a couple or so minutes without feeling pressured to go ahead and order from the folks behind you in line or the cashier {who probably seems haggard and worn}.“
