“I work at the Hertz thats behind them. I can always count on them remembering what i got last time, down to the condiments even! Steve is a very kind man, and his workers clearly enjoy the job. The food is always on point, especially their Ruben Sandwiches. I try hard not to eat lunch here everyday, but its hard not to when theyre so good!“

“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.

***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they're running, and I appreciate it!“

“Got to experience this restaurant today and it was absolutely amazing! I had never tried a chicken salad sandwich before but when meeting the manager I decided to give it a try, Patrick was super friendly and puts a lot of work and passion into the restaurant and customer service but my food was so good! Such a relief from other fast food restaurants that I’ve tried especially in Jacksonville + I felt full, and good after I ate! So glad I found it, will definitely be going here again often!“

“Ordered online to pickup but had never been to this store. I really can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was walking in. The place was very clean and the employees were so nice immediately. I picked up a larger order and it included a hot sub and they waited to toast the hot sub until I got there which I thought was such a nice thought and was appreciated. The gentleman working with me went through the order to make sure we had everything and helped me with any questions I had. He was very kind and it did not go unnoticed. “The other night I came in right before closing after a really long day. I believe the gentleman’s name was Andrew, but he really did make my day better. Normally when you go somewhere right before closing time, the employee is annoyed, but not him. He greeted me and the gentleman that came in behind me with a smile and some banter. “Ordered two subs last night about 7:30. Both were surprisingly good since this location usually is awful. The kid that made my steak and cheese did an especially good job, please give him kudos. This is in stark contrast to my visit a few months ago when I walked in to get my order from the rack. This woman was sweeping the floor, was probably Nicole judging by a lot of these reviews, and didn't acknowledge me at all.. didn't even look at me. Whoever she was should find a hole to crawl into to live her miserable life in, it nearly made me never return.. because we all know Jersey Mike's is better and the only reason to order Subway instead is their occasional really good deals.“
