“Lori and the staff at Beach Bagels Wrightsville Beach did an amazing job for us this past weekend. We needed subs to feed a large group of Groomsmen prior to a wedding. Lori put together 3 different sub selections (loved all but especially the Annie) She had them cut in half and wrapped in paper so they could be hand held and easy to eat. The subs were delicious! Packed full of meat, not the typical "mostly bread" version you can get elsewhere. She also did one gluten free bagel version for me. She made 5 delicious breakfast Bagels for us at 6:30 am the day before for a golf outing! The " Heart Attack" on a everything bagel was a huge hit!Great food and excellent service!!“

“I came in to get a #5 on white. I used to work at a Jersey Mike’s, so I know their best kept secrets. One of those secrets is adding the sweet peppers from the grill area onto your cold sub! Yum! Being a former longtime employee, I was not impressed as the level this location kept their slicer — looked like it needed to be wiped down, and at Jersey Mike’s, they will happily stop to clean the slicer before making your sandwich if you request so.One of the biggest things Jersey Mike’s drives in its culture is consistency, and that every bite tastes the same across all stores. “I visited this restaurant on 3/22/24 around 10:30 am. There was a gentleman working the register and a young woman cooking. I wish I had gotten her name. She was an absolute rockstar. She was handling all the cooking by herself. I was blown away by how many orders she had (my guess would be 30 or more) and they kept coming. She was working as fast as she could and kept a calm, friendly demeanor. She apologized to people for their wait. I wanted so badly to tell her that there was no reason to apologize. She is one person, she is a human being, she is not a robot and she was doing the very best job she could. As a restaurant manager myself, I know the importance of employees who are invested in their work and genuinely care about the business. The manager (whom I am assuming was called in for back up) came hustling in to help as I was leaving and commended the employee! Great leadership, fantastic work ethic, and good food! Give yourselves a pat on the back! You sure deserve it.“

I told the “newly hired” manager that I will make sure I would come back to visit her,and when I walked in she remembered and gave the biggest smile ever. Such a wonderful crew on my visit for today. Laura,Lexis and the young man with the brown eyes was simply amazing as they took each persons order,within a timely manner. “Classic Firehouse Subs experience with exceptional staff!Firehouse subs is a weak spot for me, as I love the hot, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth subs that Firehouse provides. I don't have a Firehouse in my hometown, so whenever I'm abroad, I almost always stop at a Firehouse when I see one.I also love that Firehouse donates their profits to local fire stations. The entire company does amazing work.I've been to many Firehouse Subs locations, but the staff here were uniquely and exceptionally caring, kind, and friendly.
