“I like this location better than the one in Walmart and near Foodlion. The lady that I have dealt with(sorry don't know her name) has always been friendly and helpful. I often order from the app to get the BOGO deal but I place the order while standing in the store so I can get the sandwiches made the way I like them. I also get each 6 inch section wrapped separately to take to work. They are very accommodating. Also, I do enjoy the new sub choices from Subway. The #4 is my new favorite.“

“I stopped here for a breakfast sandwich today. When k arrived the front door was kissing a handle and a very thin strip cord was what I had to grab. I didn't even know if they were open. When I finally got in the door, I asked about it and they said that an employee did it. Ok..weird? Anyways, the place was very clean and the man and woman working there were very nice. They didn't have any eggs ready so I waited a few minutes for them to heat it up. It never got all the way warm but it was still ok. The Lettuce was a little bit brown. It my sandwich was still great. I love the shopping center it is in because it has a good look to it.“
“Went in on a crowded Friday and every customer had a smile on their face. The employees were all running back and forth and having fun. I felt genuinely cared about and they took an interest in me while checking out my order. My food was absolutely incredible. Definitely coming here next time I visit oak island. Wonderful place. “I recently visited this location for the first time. I love Jersey Mikes and usually have a great experience dining in or to go. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. I would highly recommend it. Very nice employees and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. A little pricey for subs but otherwise great experience overall!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking that’s free and handicap spots available. Also is wheelchair accessible and on ground floor as it’s a one story building.“
“The 2 guys working and the lady were awesome! They were talkative cool and told us everything we needed to know like where napkins were in the way out. As far as subways go which I eat at them allllll the time these were my favorite people!“
“We ordered five subs for lunch at Jersey Mike's in Southport , NC. Everyone enjoyed our subs as the were exactly as ordered and tasted fantastic! The Service was extremely fast as their App listed our pickup time but I arrived 15 minutes early and our subs were ready for pick-up which I found remarkable in the middle of the lunch rush.There restaurant was very clean, well decorated, and had a nice flow.However, the most unique part of my experience was their people. I did not know how to order a Genoa Salami and Provolone sub with lettuce, tomato, sweet peepers, and oil and vinegar for a particular Grandpa as Jersey Mike's APP offered me no options to do so that I could discern. However, the cashier explained to me to pick a #3, and then add in the comments section exactly what our Grandpa desired. Ok, easy enough. But Jersey Mike's did not stop there. One of the young, and very kind sandwich makers came from behind the counter while I was standing in line waiting for Grandpa's sub to be made, and offered to show me in their APP how to order the Salami and Provolone sub. I thanked her but was extremely happy they were all so willing to teach me how to have a better experience in using their App.In my opinion, service does not get better than that. Best of all it was our younger American generation showing me the way. It is always the little things like kindness, and going beyond what is normally expected in a job that makes a customer remember your restaurant. I will not forget Jersey Mike's in Southport, NC as they are truly interested in helping you have the best experience possible when interacting with their team of very helpful of young professionals.
