“I want to thank the 2 people working tonight 7/23/2026. I came in at 8:55 and seen them cleaning up trying to get home like any other person wants to do at the end of a shift. They took me in made my order and I was very satisfied with that. I tried to leave but they said it was ok and make a good recommendation on a sandwich that I loved. Thank you again. See I have brain cancer and wanted a vacation to get away from the worries. no I didn't tell them any of that I was just greatfull to get some food and not have to search for another place. I will definitely be back to jersey Mike's. Thank you guys.“

“There was a young lady that made my food. Small framed lady, I wish I had asked her name. She was incredibly efficient but also made my sandwich with amazing care, even picking out the best tomatoes. She truly went above and beyond. It amazing to see the craftsmanship and pride in someone's work she showed. She is an asset to this store, petite lady with brown hair in ponytail.“

“Came in tonight and met an awesome person. James was great He made my sandwich exactly the way I asked him to down to every ingredient. He even toasted the Italian herbs and cheese bread with cheese on each side just right like that old fashioned cheese toast from the oven. Thanks James for your services“

“We ordered our food through the drive thru but had to wait for it out front. I went inside to use the restroom while I waited and was blown away by the impeccably clean and well organized store. The lovely young lady working there had incredible customer service skills. She apologized for the wait with a kind smile, and worked diligently to complete our orders during a lunch rush. She seemed to genuinely care about her job which is a refreshing thing to come by now days. Our 5 sandwiches were some of the best Jimmy John’s my family has ever had. I’m thankful I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from going because things have obviously improved.“

“My wife and I saw the sign as we were coming from Myrtle Beach. We decided to try it and we're happy we did so. Had the Italian stuffed with meat, cheese and all the rest. Great roll to make it a fantastic grinder-sub. You need to go and get a fresh sangweech!“

“Went here for the 1st time at this location on Sunday June 28th 2026 with my mom. Before we went to see a show at the nearby Greg Rowles Theater, we decided to come here for dinner. Plus I had a gift card to use. I enjoy eating at the location closest to us with favorites like the NY Steamer or turkey bacon sandwich. They have other sandwiches too. So I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich. Host asked if everything is alright on it, i said yes, wanted pickle, said yes. My mom ordered the Smokehouse brisket sandwich. made one a combo.Total was 28.04 Host was pleasant for the most part, but when we paid for it, the gift card wasn't working, and luckily the shift manager came over and fixed that for us, and it worked. gift card was $25.00 Then my mom paid the remainder from the gift card with cash. Something must have happened, a mistake of some sort, she gave my mom change when we gave her 10.04. that means her change should have been $7.00, which we got after we said something. Plus the shift manager came in again and took care of the problem. We ate at the tables. This location is bigger than the location we usually eat at. I enjoyed my sandwich, and my mom enjoyed hers but said there was hardly any meat on it. oh well. Will be back, but definitely at a different location!“
