I love Jimmy John’s but today I was pretty disappointed. I was unable to drive to the store to order my food so I ordered delivery from their app. It took an hour and a half for my food to be delivered (I live less than 10 min from JJs…3.5 miles) upon arrival by sandwich was so soggy from waiting on the delivery person to get there… I guess they use uber eats and not an actual delivery driver employed by Jimmy John’s… also I asked for napkins, mayo...read full review
