“There was a young lady that made my food. Small framed lady, I wish I had asked her name. She was incredibly efficient but also made my sandwich with amazing care, even picking out the best tomatoes. She truly went above and beyond. It amazing to see the craftsmanship and pride in someone's work she showed. She is an asset to this store, petite lady with brown hair in ponytail.“

“I want to thank the 2 people working tonight 7/23/2026. I came in at 8:55 and seen them cleaning up trying to get home like any other person wants to do at the end of a shift. They took me in made my order and I was very satisfied with that. I tried to leave but they said it was ok and make a good recommendation on a sandwich that I loved. Thank you again. See I have brain cancer and wanted a vacation to get away from the worries. no I didn't tell them any of that I was just greatfull to get some food and not have to search for another place. “My night was made tonight by London. I’ve had a really rough rough week and my son has done everything he could to help me. Therefore he deserved a special treat from our favorite McDonalds. I was greeted by a young lady named London. Her smile shined through the window, her manners were on point, & she went above and beyond getting my son his favorite treat tonight. Thankful for her, her team, & the delicious food! This is our favorite McD bc of wonderful people like her!“

“Honestly, I've been to so many subways, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's you name it but this place has the friendliest people you'll ever meet. To everyone talking crap about someone taking forever to make their sandwich. This is not a fast food restaurant, it is about making your food right and the way you want it. It's not McDonald's and I don't know anybody who would rather have their food fake, disgusting, spit on, trust me I worked at a few fast food places and you really don't want to know what really goes on in there so count yourself lucky to be able to watch the people make your food.“

“We ordered our food through the drive thru but had to wait for it out front. I went inside to use the restroom while I waited and was blown away by the impeccably clean and well organized store. The lovely young lady working there had incredible customer service skills. She apologized for the wait with a kind smile, and worked diligently to complete our orders during a lunch rush. She seemed to genuinely care about her job which is a refreshing thing to come by now days. Our 5 sandwiches were some of the best Jimmy John’s my family has ever had. I’m thankful I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from going because things have obviously improved.“
