Subway is a restaurant that offers online ordering through their app, but customers have reported issues with the ordering process, including incorrect orders and lack of dispute or refund options. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches, including Italian Herbs and Cheese, which can be customized to taste. Despite some inconsistencies, some employees, such as James, have received praise for their attention to detail and ability to prepare sandwiches exactly as requested.
