It has been a long time since I’ve seen customer service this bad, but today at the Subway on Rt. 9 in Little River, customer service hit a new low. We placed an online order at Subway and when we went in to pick it up, the employee (no name tag but said her name was Ysiri) said the order did not come through. She told us we probably ordered from another store. We tried to show her the order on our phone but she did not want to look at it. I asked what the address of the store is and she said she didn’t know. We were at the right store by the way. Next she said there’s nothing she can do. When we said we ordered through the app and paid she said it’s not her problem. I asked her how we could fix this and again was told it’s not her problem. We asked for a manager, but she said the manager went home an hour ago. We asked her to call her manager and upon the second request she dialed her phone and handed it to me. The one saving Grace here is the manager, Tammy. I told Tammy what had happened and Ysiri yelled, “He’s lying”. Tammy was able to fix the problem. Customer service is what makes businesses successful and I’m sure this is not how Subway trains their employees but to have an employee act like this with customers is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible service. We were greeted with a very rude "what do you want", and the worker seemed annoyed to have to do HER job. She scoffed when I asked for my sub toasted and rolled her eyes everytime someone ordered (we had 3 subs). The food was fine but horrible workers.

I ordered in advance using the app and was told on app it was building and would be ready when I arrived. Employee was unaware of order on my arrival until she looked it up. App ordering to save time is useless. Also app has no way to dispute failed orders or refund when order is handled improperly. Locking exit doors during business hours also seems a fire hazard. Won't be back to this store anytime soon.

Please bring back the honey mustard sauce. Whatever sauce you're. Running As of now. Taste like garbage bring back the old one and put the new 1 on something else. You will lose lots of customers for this.

Looked at Subways menu online and the Chicken, bacon ranch wrap sounded good. It listed all the items on the sandwich. So I told my husband to get me that. My husband called me from Subway asking me what I wanted on it and I said what it states on their menu. The person did not know what was on it. Why does Subway go to the trouble of making up these different sandwiches and their employees don't know how to make them? All they know is to put on what you tell them. Won't get that again

Came in tonight and met an awesome person. James was great He made my sandwich exactly the way I asked him to down to every ingredient. He even toasted the Italian herbs and cheese bread with cheese on each side just right like that old fashioned cheese toast from the oven. Thanks James for your services

I went in and the worker was on his phone and didnot say hi or greet me and so after my order he didn't help with my app for 2 footlong special so I said I'm done with subway.

A very large African-American made my sandwich. “John” I believe name. In short I had to beg for more toppings.’ I like lot’s of onions and he would put a few slices on, I asked for more, and he begrudgingly put some more one. Same thing with all the garnishes. It was really frustrating. So, if John is making your sandwich, best go to McDonalds. I left with a very light sandwich.

Went to the store at 5:45, they had 2 employees in the store and customers in line but had the doors locked and ignored my son and I at the door. They weren't supposed to close until 7. Worse part is the employees wouldn't even make eye contact. Incredibly RUDE!
