“We just moved in around tbe corner and decided to give it try. We were excited ! Honestly..eeh..Super dissapointing :(.We wanted to eat in and chill for a minute but it wasnt meant to be,lol. I used the restroom while they were making our order. 1 half of a pretty large toilet paper dispenser fell off , without being touched and hurt my leg and ankle. Then, went out to take a seat and asked for subway guest wifi password. They said they dont have one. I so I showed her my screen ,where it was asking for one. The head young lady ,tells me in several ways, they dont know it🤣 We ordered 2 meatball subs. I asked her 3 times for extra napkins. She abruptly told me 3 times they put them in the bag. I said thank you but, We will need a couple extra please. No go. When we opened the bag there were 2 small crumpled napkins in the very bottom. The subs tasted very good but had way to much sauce. I ruined my clothing as did my guest. Both wearing white of course 🤣🤣🤣. Idk, they need to be a bit more customer centric perhaps as we do have a subway on every corner pretty much in myrtle beach. We will go else where next time. UPDATE: Ijust went back inside the resturant and asked if I could please have some napkins now and / or a wet paper towel? I showed her my ruined clothes and told her 2 other people with us had ruined clothes as well. HERE'S THE KICKER! She was rude and I asked for her managers name. She told me she didnt have one! Owners card or name, NOPE! Finally, I asked who hired her? And she continued on, no boss, no manager, no owner ,I kid you not ! She finally said, we have a GM. My reply was great! What is his name? How can I contact him. She told me they dont know his name or how to contact anyone, no boss, no owner, no corp?! I wonder who pays her 😅“

“Came on a weekday and it we so easy to place my order.
It was quick and hot (2x veggie sandwiches and 2x fries)
Husband and I were able to make conversation with Lisa and she was such a sweet woman! We were just visiting the area but made us feel very welcome.“

“The food was fresh and hot. There was a wonderful woman working who was very kind and quick. I also spilt my drink everywhere and she was very kind to me while cleaning my mess. She told me that mistakes happens and to have a wonderful day. Will definitely be back. 10/10“

“This was our first time trying McAlister’s Deli and we will come back! The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. We had the New Yorker sandwich and it was delicious!“

Update, I'm sorry management took this as a negative review, which it isn't. Simply a statement of fact, food is excellent, service is good, just not going to hang out here, for the evening.“

“I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!“

“I always go to this subway bc of my pregnancy craving wanting a sub but today me and my husband ordered a sub to be picked up and he ordered a honey mustard BBQ chicken sub add bacon and the only thing on it lettuce pickles bacon and sause and when I say sause I mean it looked like they dumped the whole container of sause on it he took a few bites but ended up throwing it away bc it made him sick I’ll order from here again but I’ll be checking my food before I leave from now on.“

“Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. Thank you again❤️❤️❤️“

“I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was really nice—clean, welcoming, and perfect for a casual meal. I ordered a sub, but they accidentally gave me a different one. To my surprise, it was extremely good and a decent size! I appreciated the generous portions and fresh ingredients. Even though it wasn't the sub I originally ordered, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend giving it a try. I’ll be back for sure!“
