“I went here 3 weeks ago. Got my family and me some subs they were not great at all the two guys who served me lied about certain food they had. My husband went back to the orders right and turns out the owner was there she remade all of our subs and gave me a refund for what I had ordered earlier.“

Never talk badly about food when you're serving food or preparing food for a customer. Talk about what you like not what you don't like. You can turn a person off. Went here for my mom because she loves their tuna...“

“I go to Firehouse subs in Azalea Square all the times. The employees there are alway very nice and polite. The food is amazing. I could there everyday. My whole family loves this place. I’ve also had the privilege to meet the owners which are just as amazing as the food and the employees. Would highly recommend this firehouse subs any day of day or week always worth it. I work at Eggs up grill so I’m in the restaurant business so I live good hospitality.❤️❤️❤️“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“
