“Let me start by saying I rated their food ”4” because I’m an onion lover and Jersey Mikes onions are awful! Maybe it’s just this store, but the onions are long, stringy and old! They do not scrutinize what they’re cutting and putting in that bin! What that causes, is an awful experience! That goes for any veggie! Be more conscious of what you're cutting and putting on “every” sandwich cause your carelessness could cause you to lose a lifelong customer! I’ll be back, but if I get similar onions, I’ll be going to Firehouse, Jimmy John’s and any other sandwich shop who cares enough to make everything right!“

“I came in around noon today and ordered a giant club sub, a young man who I believed named Cam I think is what his co-worker said, made my sub. He is one of the most kind and good spirited people I’ve ever met working in fast food!! He was fast and held a great conversation with a smile on his face! I will definitely be returning soon!“

“I usually don't rate fast food but this one is worth the mention..I don't know if it was the food or the service. Derick was working and I don't know that I will ever forget him. He was so helpful to the new employee, he made sure to greet everyone as they came it. He talked to you like he had always known you. You can tell that he is an all the way around good guy. So glad that we didn't pass on subs that day!“

“Do you like Subway? If the answer is Yes, look no further than this location for Subway-style sandwiches made fresh to order. Customization options were all followed and the order was ready through the app right when it said it would be. The food itself was exactly what you should expect from Subway from the bread to the condiments, so as long as you're not paying Doordash prices you should be satisfied with the outcome. Will be ordering again soon and hoping the quality keeps up!“

“The food at McAlister’s Deli was really good overall, but the wait was disappointing. It wasn’t very busy when we were there, yet we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Most of what we ordered was delicious, but the kids’ grilled cheese was pretty terrible and definitely not something we’d order again. Hopefully the long wait was just an off day because the rest of the food was worth coming back for.“

“Went here for a much needed lunch on Saturday March 29th 2025 with my mom. We had stopped here since i noticed that there was a subway and we were at wholesale furniture nearby looking for furniture. After shopping there, we headed straight to subway. We walked in, asked the guy if they accepted coupons and they did. First we decided what to order- I wanted something different than my usual sandwich. My mom went first and she ordered a footlong of the Ultimate B.M.T. Finally i decided, and had a footlong with italian herbs and cheese with the Baja Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with provolone. i had it toasted, and topped it with lettuce, onion, pickles, black olives, light mayo, and the chipotle sauce. Both the person making the sandwich and cashier was very pleasant. We ordered a combo with one and got 2 cookies oatmeal raisin and double chocolate.We used coupons mailed to us, and paid with a gift card. I always like subway's cookies, and their sandwiches. For our drink i decided on the unsweetened lipton tea, which i didn't like but my mom did. This subway actually had lots of seating to sit at. we sat down at a table and ate our food! i really enjoyed my sandwich! Would definitely be back at a subway soon!“

“I visited the Carolina Forest Subway for the first time today and am so very pleased. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was amazing clean and no complaints on the fresh and deliciousness of our food. My sub was put together perfectly and as odd is it may seem to say, the sauce all stayed on the sub. That's a 5* subway.“

“Today on 12/20 I had a horrible traveling expirence, my airline gave me a coupon to redeem but didn’t explain how to use it. I tried to use it at subway and was short money due to not knowing how to properly redeem the voucher. The workers helped accommodate me greatly. It was a gentleman and woman working. “I went on 11/12/2025 at 4pm got a cold cut combo and I gotta say the lady working at the subway was absolutely phenomenal. She has got to have one of the best customer service I have ever received in a place. She was sweet, had a great personality, a nice smile and every item asked of it was enough to make sure my sandwich was as perfect as if I made it myself. It was a quick interaction but she made the experience a pleasant one. She’s most defiantly a great asset to the company. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could give her the proper appraisal but I’m sure she’ll get plenty more awesome reviews. Hold onto her“

“Always order same two items -Chipotle Philly Footlong and Tuna Protein Bowl. Both are usually well-prepared. Today, I picked up my order that had floppy, rubbery, watery cucumbers and super wet tomatoes layered in my Tuna protein bowl. Tuna was very wet and mayonnaisy - much more than usual. Chipotle Philly only had one layer of Subway paper wrapped around it and there was no inside piece of butcher paper to absorb leakage or wetness. Subway paper had huge hole in it from storefront to my 15 min ride to house, due to leakage of hot meat, sauce and ingredients. Totally slackness. . Manager should ensure staff have been properly trained and know how to properly prepare sandwiches. Very disappointed in the lack of quality food items used in our sandwiches along with lack of concern for customer satisfaction.“

“We had the best experience that we've had at a Firehouse Subs in a long time. The food was excellent! The ratio of ingredients on the subs was the perfect balance! Our local location is always out of ingredients, barely adds condiments so you can't taste them, and routinely messes up our order. This location not only served us excellent food but also served up excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, personable, and attentive to customer needs. Tim, Anthony, and Chloe provided such a wonderful experience that the next time we're craving Firehouse, we will drive the 25 minutes, and right past our location, to visit them again!“

I ordered a sub, but they accidentally gave me a different one. To my surprise, it was extremely good and a decent size! I appreciated the generous portions and fresh ingredients.
