“This was our first time going very hospitable servers and cozy atmosphere. It was quite the experience were you can enjoy 14 different meats and a salad buffet bar which had everything under the sun. I would love to try the leg of lamb next time it was the only meat item I missed.”

Parking: Plenty of parking available. Be prepared to walk a bit if really busy night

Kid-friendliness: Very much geared for kids to have a wonderful night. Sold lighted swords, crowns, & princess "hats". Even the knights threw flowers to mainly kids. Great place for kids over the age of 5.”

“This was our third time to Portofino only because we live in Boston! The food was amazing! I had the lobster ravioli special which was full of flavor. My husband ordered pep i chai (not spelling it correctly!) which he loved. Whatever you order you will not be disappointed! The owners are onsite to greet and cook for you. Lovely people.”

“The food and service was great! I got the drunken noodles (pad-kee-mao) with shrimp chicken and beef with level 1 spice and the chili powder on the side. It was great and really a generous portion. My wife got the pad see ew with shrimp and beef and she loved it! She also had the Thai iced tea and it was delicious! When I visit Myrtle beach again I’ll definitely come back!”

“The entire staff is friendly. We had the best waitress, Brookelynne H. This was the first date night for my husband and me in 9 months due to me having oral cancer surgery, treatments, side effects and recovery. We wanted The Melting Pot in Myrtle Beach to be the first place we went to when I was ready to go out to eat. They were very patient and kind. The food was top notch and the atmosphere was great. We will be back and definitely recommend it.”

“Nisha (manager) was over stressed and worked....yelling at employees, rude to guests. She def disturbed the atmosphere. Also, tried to make our server clean the men's restroom (after a complaint of disaster reported in bathroom). She was waiting two tables. The idea of her hvn to clean that and come back to tend to our food,drinks is mind blowing especially when so many other employees doing nothing.

Crystal had great service and went over and beyond for us. She definitely helped the situation.”

“The staff was incredible. Saraj, Caitlin, Jeff and Sarah at the spa, Cristina was a friendly barista. The property is stunning. Phil, a manager was always helpful and kind. There’s always pool towels filled to swim. Caleb, at the front desk was a mind reader. Made sure, all our needs were met. The spa was amazing. Has an all around wonderful stay. Will be returning for a getaway. Thank you for all the work your hotel and staff does to ensure a pleasant stay.”

“We arrived at 8am on Sunday morning. We got seated immediately. Our server, Sam, was fast, polite, and thorough. Sam was amazing! Our food was delicious and it was well priced. Strongly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: Good kid choices in the menu and our kids liked the crayons and coloring sheets.”

“Food and shakes were good. Tables were dirty though. It looked as of no one wiped down any tables for the whole shift. Including my table, there was only one other table being used. The restaurant was empty. Big turn off for wanting to eat inside again.”

“We came in when they had a shortage of waiters but the waitress we got was awesome. She refilled drinks often and checked on us several times. The food was great and served hot. We got the unlimited pancakes and the bill for 4 people was less than $50 including tip so I was happy about that and we got a lot of food.”

Everyone finished their food and I mean the clean plate club. We even ordered more teriyaki chicken wings which were a big hit with our 5 and 7 year old grandkids. Oh and the beer is very good! “Visiting from Atlanta,GA we seen on trip advisor this was the #1 breakfast spot so we said let's see why. Staying 18min away at the Compass Cove Resort it was worth the drive. Truly recommend. RJ our server Greeted us with a huge smile and great service. Hubby had the Duck Benedict and I had the Lobster Omlette.”

“Obviously we love Crumbl. It’s a hit or miss sometimes. That’s not to say you won’t like the flavors that I don’t like. I’ve never had a cookie that I didn’t think tasted good, it’s just I prefer some flavor profiles over others. That’s not why I only give it 4 stars, though. It’s just some really lack the flavors that go along with some of the cookies that they make. For example, the Banana Bread cookie lacks that real Banana Bread flavor, like the spices you’d normally get in the bread. Other than that, go get some diabetes in cookie form. You won’t regret it.

Kid-friendliness: While small and no seating, the atmosphere is still suitable for children. Perhaps put some seating outside on the sidewalk.”

“This is a stand-alone Dunkin (drive up or walk-up window). The staff does an amazing job, considering the logistics of this store. If Dunkin wants to continue these types of stores, they need 2 drive up lines like McDonalds and Chick Fil A. They need a line for coffee and donuts only and a line for food, etc. The back up and wait for a coffee and donut is unacceptable on the busiest days of the morning and weekend. Corporate needs to help this location's staff by creating better logistics for them. Staff needs praise for their patience and excellent customer service despite their situation.”

They had a bar stand set up outside so we could have some drinks while we waited for our table (it being cinco de mayo, it was very busy). And surprisingly we were seated within 20 minutes! “I love your manager. What an awesome guy! My daughter had a birthday party at 810 Bowling in North Myrtle Beach. I wanted something different and more special than a birthday cake. I got in touch with the staff at Crazy Mason and ordered 10 shakes to be ready at a certain time. All were so helpful and every single shake came out absolutely perfect. I was so impressed with their efficiency, especially with a line that never ended! The kids were so excited-hard to excite a bunch of teenagers, but they LOVED their surprise shakes!!!! “We were hungry and hot, this is a place I’d never noticed or tried. I like to try the smaller places vs the big chain names. This was a great stop and I’m glad we went. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was decently priced for the quality and speed. Only thing I’d say is it’s not a spot to cool off, it’s better than the hot boardwalk heat though. Definitely be back! Thanks!

Edit to add: it came up a downpour, my pregnant daughter was with me and we were waiting in our crew. We had finished our meals but they never rushed us out. We ordered more food when the rest of our crew arrived and it was really good too!
