Love this place, first stop everytime in Myrtle beach.
I would never work or eat at this restaurant The owner/manager brice is racist and homophobic. The sushi manager who is 4 feet tall from the Philippines is racist and hates homosexuals. I wouldn’t spend my money on this business or the business at broadway at the beach.
The food at King Kong Sushi was pretty good, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The sushi was fresh, the portions were decent, and the prices were fair. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a good experience, and we’d come back again when we’re craving sushi.

King Kong Sushi offers a memorable dining experience with excellent food and service. The sushi is consistently delicious, and their clear broth soup is notably flavorful. Appetizers like soft shell crab, crab wonton, and lobster wontons are absolutely delicious and phenomenal. The sushi deal is definitely worth it, and the super crunch roll sushi is super delicious. For dessert, the choco lava cake and fried cheesecake are loved. The service is amazing, outstanding, and attentive, with servers making the experience wonderful and special. Customers recommend the shrimp hibachi and find the overall experience to be great, despite a small note that the dessert presentation could have been a little nicer.
