“My wife and I moved into the area about 6 months ago. We decided to try Ginza and were blown away by the level of flavor for the price you pay. I am a huge ramen lover and at this point I have tried all of their ramen. Each one is very delicious and has some of the best broth I have ever had. My wife loves their combo bowls with steak and shrimp always cooked right. We have eaten there about 10 or so times and there have been no complaints.
However, last night I called in a pickup order for ramen and a steak and shrimp combo bowl. When we got home, they had accidentally give my wife chicken and steak. I called Ginza and they profusely apologized and let me know that they would make me a free steak and shrimp combo bowl. That level of customer service is something that even huge corporations fail to achieve at times.
TLDR: I cannot recommend Ginza enough. The food is excellent, their prices are more than fair, and the customer service is next level.“

“I would never work or eat at this restaurant The owner/manager brice is racist and homophobic. The sushi manager who is 4 feet tall from the Philippines is racist and hates homosexuals. I wouldn’t spend my money on this business or the business at broadway at the beach.“

“Hibachi is one of my all time favorite foods and this place does not disappoint! Everything is fresh and tastes great. I have never been a big sushi person but the quality here has changed my mind and has encouraged me to order new rolls and venture out! Pictured is the chicken and steak hibachi (split portion) and an American Dream roll (my new favorite!) I definitely recommend visiting this place and enjoying the overall experience!“

“We went for a small family dinner on Sat night. The place is very quiet and very tastefully decorated. We ordered sushi, noodles and tom yum soup. The food was delicious. Special shout out to the service. Definitely recommend for a low key gathering.“

“Me and the family ordered food from there and it was fantastic. Best meal I had so far here in Myrtle beach“
“Terrible parking availability . Seated in about :15. Waited at the Bar. Great service there. Received a text that table in bar area ready. Actually, nice spot. Then things took a turn? Waited about 20 minutes, no server. Lucky us, we brought our Bar drinks. Had to go back to podium and ask for a server. When she arrived, made apologies and took our order. Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was awesome. Spice just right. Shrimp were used. Too bad we had no utensils or plates. Showed up about :5 mins later. Sushi was good but the seaweed wrapped pieces were hard to handle. The seaweed was tough! Second round of drinks and meal was done. Bill was reasonable.“

“In our last visit, we found our food took longer than normal, as did our check. This, along with the menu being a bit over-priced for what you get, is the reason for the 4-star review, but overall, it's still a good place to eat Asian fusion type cuisine.“

“Came here tonight with my fiancé about 20mins after they opened, lady at the front took our name and number said it would be about a 30-45min wait. So we go back to the car wait about 45 mins we call to ask our place in line the lady again said about 20-30mins so after waiting another 45mins we decided to just leave it was around 4:45pm when we got there it is now 9:47pm and we have still not received anything, they never called or texted us to say our table was ready. DO BETTER!!!!!“

“Sugami sushi is some of the best sushi I have found in Myrtle Beach! The restaurant itself could use some updating but I mainly order them for takeout! Truly the best Nigiri I have had in MB to date. Their Alaska roll is my favorite of all the rolls!“

“While the Grumpy Monk has an extensive Gluten Free menu and uses key words like “cross-contamination” Grumpy Monk isn’t Celiac Safe. We are there with a group of 15 and were clear that our daughter has celiac and to change gloves and be careful. She ended up being sick that night due to being glutened. So while the rest of us had an okay experience (the food took a long time, our kids orders were forgotten) the food was good and our waitress was great.“

“Outstanding and attentive service! Tastiest and freshest sushi we've eaten in Myrtle Beach. Interesting roll combinations. My husband was thrilled they serve the fried heads of the shrimp! This WILL be our meal at least once per week. Bravo!“

“Sometimes we like to find a place that’s not publicized everywhere. We were in the mood for Chinese food after leaving Boardwalk. This place was about 5 minutes away. It looked like a typical Chinese takeout place. But there was lots of seating and clean. Food was really good and there was a huge selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable for the amount you get. We were looking for entrees we would get if we came back. Lots of free parking and across from Walmart.“

“I had an excellent experience dining at ART. When I asked for non-alcoholic drinks, the server gladly offered multiple mocktail options from the cocktail menu. I chose the spicy Thai mango, and it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, I noticed I was charged full price for the drink and alcohol tax, though no alcohol was purchased. I didn't complain because the overall experience was spectacular!“
