Food is always fresh and good, the cashier (little Hispanic woman lol) is always so sweet and nice!P.s that homeless video happened like 5 years ago get over it people, I doubt those employees that worked at that time are still there. Find a hobby or something, being an internet warrior isn’t one of them fyi.
They are open right now! It's the only 24 hour location in the Grand Strand area during the winter months. But all MENU items are NOT available during late a.m. hours.Parking: There are many parking spots for RVs & trucks with trailers. Plus this McDonald's is located at the end of a Dead End street where can park while enjoying your visit.

The store lobby was supposed to be open, but the door was locked. An employee had to let me in. Ordered food, a double filet-o-fish plain. Check it before leaving and surprise not plain had cheese on it. So, I had to wait again for my order. Once I got it, it was good.
