Starbucks is a popular coffee shop that has mixed reviews. The drive-thru service is reported to be smooth, and the in-store experience can vary. While some customers have faced issues with their orders not being prepared correctly, others have had wonderful experiences. The staff, including baristas like Ivy and Kensley Love, are often friendly, making customers feel welcomed with smiles and great service. Many appreciate the staff's efforts to go the extra mile, especially with customizing orders. The location's all-night hours are also a plus for vacationers. Overall, while the quality and service at Starbucks can differ, the coffee remains a favorite for many, and the friendly baristas contribute positively to the experience.
