The Starbucks in Socastee is the worst they are so slow it seems like there's at least five people working every day but they are the slowest people I've ever seen my last trip I was online was told will be right with you waited 5 minutes to even place my order gave up and just left

Do not recommend it. These folks have no idea what an expresso macchiato is, even if you ask for it. Y'all. I'm not asking for the Roman expresso macchiato experience, but I expect them to have been trained to know we asked for two shots of expresso with a tad amount of steamed milk. What we got: four shots of expresso and half a cup of steamed milk!! It should have been the smallest little cup they have. Instead, it was the size of a tall. The cappuccino we ordered was fine... but still heavy on the milk foam.

Everytime I got to this location my drink is wrong and gross. This is apparently a brown sugar shaken espresso.

Idk what the bleep take this location so long but sitting in a drive through for 30 minutes then getting to the window to be told “you’re backed up” is unacceptable! This location is ALWAYS sooo slow and the service is poor!

Slowest Starbucks I have EVER been too. Told them my name and they still got it wrong. The staff just can't handle the business. They take one care at a time. Instead of taking bulk orders and having someone else make them.This has to be the worst place in Myrtle Beach to get coffee.

I have been going to Starbucks for years and get 10 shots espresso in a trenta cup with mocha on ice shaken with 1/2 and 1/2 Daily and pay $14.00 for it. I usually go to the store on 501 where the service is amazing. They are now closed for remodel and so I followed some of that staff to this store. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Today I went to get my drink and was told by the girl taking the order, I could not have my drink in a trenta cup because that is not standard so we left. when my drink is made in a Venti like she suggested, they throw away some of it because it does not fit. When calling and requesting to speak with management, I spoke with the same girl that was taking the order. RUDE!!!!! She said whoever was making my drink was breaking the rules. STUPID>>>>> Lose a $14.00 sale daily as a business in an effort to waste a drink that was paid for by a customer. I told her on the phone that I will never go to this store again.... Chrystal and the team at 501 are amazing and I love to support them, but NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS STORE!!!!

I order DoorDash through this store everyday and they go above and beyond for me! DoorDash doesn’t have the option for light ice and I hate my coffee watered down. So I talked to corporate and the store and came up with a conclusion that now whenever I order my coffee every morning I just call them to remind them how I like my coffee and they are always SO sweet to me every single time. I don’t know the managers name at the store but her and the crew there are AMAZING ???? ?☕️

Slow slow slow. The staff can’t handle the volume of people in the drive through and inside the cafe at the same time. Or just a busy drive through. And the staff needs to learn the menu. The price is always different by cents, and we get the same thing. Last for as long as it takes to get the coffee you’d think it’s made right…idk. When I first moved to the area the staff was on it, now I’m not sure what happen.

I ordered online. I ask for no bread as I don't eat it. My breakfast( sandwich)was not edible because the cheese was stuck to the bread. I was left with 2 flimsey pieces of bacon and an egg. The advertisement of the sandwich was crispy bacon. I did not get that. Please pay attention to guest special instructions, it could harm someone if you don't.

Placed a mobile order at 3:01pm for drive through, arrived at 3:05pm. Did not get my ONE coffee until 3:19pm… that’s unacceptable service.

I went in at 5:30 to get a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso. The four young ladies that were doing nothing when I came in was complaining about a customer and how well one of the young ladies handled it. When I got their attention that I was there to order coffee I was told they had to make coffee that all of the urns were empty. Starbucks without coffee. They gave me the first coffee out of the machine while it was making which made it very strong and then I reminded them about the espresso that I had already paid for. This was on the night of November 24th.
