Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.

I wish we could pick different slices of pizza to go instead of one big pizza.

Cicis Pizza is a clean and inviting restaurant with friendly staff who provide excellent service. Customers have noted that they have never been treated so well in any other restaurant. The selection of pizzas may be limited, with about 9 or 10 options on the buffet, but the taste of the pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon rolls is highly praised. Some reviewers mention that the pizzas could have a bit more sauce, but overall, the food is very good. The cinnamon rolls remain a highlight and are highly recommended. The buffet offers additional items like chicken noodle soup, pasta with marinara sauce, and a salad bar with more than just lettuce and ranch. Employees are noted for keeping the place clean and fresh pizzas are consistently brought out. Even during busy hours, the service impresses, and any concerns, such as an empty ranch dressing container, are quickly addressed.
