We loved CiCi's Pizza when we had it back where we lived. We were excited to eat here and then when we got in the food was absolutely terrible. It was overcooked and dry and hard. Would not recommend coming here unless you just wanna eat a lot and don't care what it tastes like.

Food had some good flavor! Tons of diverse options to choose from. They had a "pizza buffet" open. Plenty of seating for you or friends. Not the best view, but it works. In the back there are arcade games to just sit and relax at! Overall 8/10Parking: This is situated next to a mall, so plenty of space right behind it. There is also some parking spots in the front.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair friendly ramp at the front for those restricted to wheelchairs.

The manager has nasty attitude, the restaurant dirty, the bar empty they had no forks I asked for plastic ones and the lady told me they don't have any but when I asked for manager some was brought out. Need better customer service

Where do I start well the food was bland it had no love..I mean well the pizza was so bland it had no sauce on the pizza the restaurant was very dirty and out dated the music was very loud and the playlist was all over the place I have been coming here for about 5 years for my son's birthday he pics it every year this time he could only stomach a slice or 2 the staff seams sad and depressed and it was like watching a bunch of robots work and we payed 41.41 it was so sad of a experience that I had to tell my kids we are not coming back this place was good at 1 point but now it's bad what happened

Just like you remember from 20 years ago. Five of us (three kids) ate for $50 in 2024. An average of $10 a person with soft drinks is pretty decent. The people working are really good / friendly. They did keep rolling out new pizza too. If you are in a budget conscious mood its worth a shot.Kid-friendliness: It was nice to eat with kids and not have a triple digit bill for a change.

Came in, and there was only one pizza on the bar. Everything else was empty. All THREE bottles of ranch were out. There were 4 ladies waiting at the salad bar waiting for someone to acknowledge us; all while a male employee was looking at us while standing by the employee door for the back. A female employee walked past us talking, and then when she came back, she then acknowledged us. Clearly, I was not checking the bar, if not one. Not two but three bottles were all empty. Also, over HALF of the arcade games are out of service, then we had to inform them that ANOTHER game was not working.
