Gem is a great spot to visit, especially around the holidays, because they do really great pop-ups. Went tonight for their Halloween pop-up with specialty drinks. Great atmosphere. Good spot for an after-dinner drink.
Really outstanding place!! Service (Adriana and Khanh) was one of the best I have ever experienced, even in numerous Michelin restaurants. Their knowledge and performance on the cocktails rate up there with the finest I’ve ever experienced. Was in town with my wife for her business trip and frankly was fairly bored. Went to JEM and they honestly “redeemed” the entire trip.

This is a not-so-hidden “JEM” in Myrtle Beach. Adrianna is amazing and sparkled like the jems in their namesake. We have an amazing time every time we come!
