“I came in this morning of July 18th after seeing the sunrise with my daughter. The people who work here are GREAT! They are so welcoming when you first come in and then they just casually carry on a conversation with you and anyone else who comes in like they’ve known you their whole lives. “During my stay at Grande Cayman Resort I had a great time at Starbucks. I received awesome customer service from Nizar and Oat. They recommended me the caramel crunch frap drink and it tasted great. I would recommend them to anyone who comes to this location.“

“This Starbucks was great the workers were friendly respectful and had a good attitude. The coffee I got was the s'mores cold brew and they made it so deliciou. My daughter got her a strawberry lemonade and she said it was the best strawberry lemonade she has ever got from a Starbucks. We will hit this store again when we come back to Myrtle Beach sc. “I love Starbucks ! I got the vanilla bean frappe and I added the caramel drizzle with the little crunch crumbs it was sooo good I recommend! Service was really good me and my mom were speaking Russian and the worker there replied back to us in Russian “oh you guys speak Russian?” It was honestly refreshing to find that a Starbucks employee spoke Russian.“

“10/10, every single time. For a walk up/drive thru only Starbucks they don't miss the cafe vibe one bit - it pours right out their windows (there is parking onsite or easy access next door)

Some people choose illegal substances, gambling, cigarettes - my vice has always been coffee I didn't have to make. It's safe to say I go to this location a minimum of 5 times every week before work.

Whether there are twenty cars or two, the speed is always there. The friendly faces never waver. The orders are never wrong.

Everyone makes mistakes, but for the last 4 months since moving here I haven't seen one.

Ashlyn even remembers my name and order, which is a small but very meaningful addition to my day as someone who moved here knowing no one. This absolutely made my week.

Thankful for this Starbucks and their team for making my new home feel like home.“

“I visited Myrtle Beach with my family and stopped here on my way out of town. I could feel the friendliness and good vibes from across the counter. I worked at a Starbucks when I was in college and watching you all work together and engage with customers brought me joy and made me remember why I wanted to be a barista in the first place. You guys are doing a great job, keep making everyone's day brighter!“

“The cashier was absolutely wonderful at 10:19 25 June (blonde) was very helpful with my order he went out I f his way to make it the perfect dri for me and I really appreciate his thoughtfulness! It's employees like him that keep the customers coming back.

“They are super busy in the morning and they are short staffed. So if you don't want to wait in line order ahead. Workers are super nice and they are doing their best to get customers orders out. I ordered ahead and by the time I got there my order was ready.“

“The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because almost every time I ask for a warm coffee I end up getting a hot coffee instead and cant give it to my son right away. I have to go home and add more cold milk to it in order to cool it down for him to drink.“

“Amazing service. However, it did not appear very busy, but our order took a long time. They explained to us that they have to fill all of the door dash/Uber eats/etc before our order and they get a lot of those. They should have a dedicated station/bar just for the delivery orders.“

“They were out of a lot of ingredients, but the worker was still able to adjust the drink and make me what I wanted with what they had! And it tasted delicious! Yes, I wasn’t able to get exactly what I wanted, but the customer service was great!!! Shout out to the person with orange hair who served me :) You rock! Management, give them a raise!“
