“This Starbucks was great the workers were friendly respectful and had a good attitude. The coffee I got was the s'mores cold brew and they made it so deliciou. My daughter got her a strawberry lemonade and she said it was the best strawberry lemonade she has ever got from a Starbucks. We will hit this store again when we come back to Myrtle Beach sc. “I felt awfully sad for the employees and manager at Starbucks on 5-14-2026 as we had to deal with an EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT Fire Alarm Experience which affected myself and other Customers as well. “During my stay at Grande Cayman Resort I had a great time at Starbucks. I received awesome customer service from Nizar and Oat. They recommended me the caramel crunch frap drink and it tasted great. I would recommend them to anyone who comes to this location.“

They are so welcoming when you first come in and then they just casually carry on a conversation with you and anyone else who comes in like they’ve known you their whole lives. “They are super busy in the morning and they are short staffed. So if you don't want to wait in line order ahead. Workers are super nice and they are doing their best to get customers orders out. I ordered ahead and by the time I got there my order was ready.“

Service was really good me and my mom were speaking Russian and the worker there replied back to us in Russian “oh you guys speak Russian?” It was honestly refreshing to find that a Starbucks employee spoke Russian.“

“The cashier was absolutely wonderful at 10:19 25 June (blonde) was very helpful with my order he went out I f his way to make it the perfect dri for me and I really appreciate his thoughtfulness! It's employees like him that keep the customers coming back.

“They were out of a lot of ingredients, but the worker was still able to adjust the drink and make me what I wanted with what they had! And it tasted delicious! Yes, I wasn’t able to get exactly what I wanted, but the customer service was great!!! Shout out to the person with orange hair who served me :) You rock! Management, give them a raise!“

“Amazing service. However, it did not appear very busy, but our order took a long time. They explained to us that they have to fill all of the door dash/Uber eats/etc before our order and they get a lot of those. They should have a dedicated station/bar just for the delivery orders.“

“I visited Myrtle Beach with my family and stopped here on my way out of town. I could feel the friendliness and good vibes from across the counter. I worked at a Starbucks when I was in college and watching you all work together and engage with customers brought me joy and made me remember why I wanted to be a barista in the first place. You guys are doing a great job, keep making everyone's day brighter!“

“Love this location. BUT they were 24/7 for a bit during the summer and then never advertised about changing the hours to 5am to 12am. Last week we showed up at 11:55 thinking they are open all night. There is a truck in front of us in line, they order and we pull up, now 12:00 and they tell us they are closed...that they now close at 12am. Okay fine. We will make sure we come in before midnight. Got it. Why do we pull up tonight at 11:15 to the menu turned off and Google still saying they close at midnight? We go to the starbucks app and they changed their hours to 10:30. Awesome. All could have been avoided with updated hours signs at the menu. Just any kind of notice would have been appreciated. The staff there are nice and know what they are doing.“
