“Hayley and Stephane This place is awesome today was my daughter’s 9th bday and otw back from the beach my alternator went out!! Well we ended up having to spend nearly 4hrs waiting for my truck to get fixed and these guys were amazing the drinks and food was wonderful and they didn’t complain once about the two girls playing. So grateful for this place those two ladies and all the other people working we will for sure be regulars.“

We also watched her lead the team during an incredibly busy time, keeping everything moving in a swift and efficient manner, so our drinks came out hot within a few mins of just ordering! “I would like to praise this Starbucks. I travel a lot with my daughter‘s volleyball club team, and there have been awful Starbucks shops and employees working in them! Not this one!!!! The location is amazing, The management high-quality and the employees one of the best I’ve met. Especially my friends Luca, Gered and Mic. Everybody has been so incredibly nice and they have created a family atmosphere to which I will always come back when I visit Myrtle again. Thank you all so much. It was a great experience and you all are extremely kind people!!!

“I felt awfully sad for the employees and manager at Starbucks on 5-14-2026 as we had to deal with an EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT Fire Alarm Experience which affected myself and other Customers as well. This destroyed my good leasure experience but management and employees did a WONDERFUL JOB as best they could under the circumstances and I appreciate it. 😀“

“Spent a week on vacation in Myrtle Beach and I came here everyday for coffee. The workers were all great! They had a very welcoming atmosphere and were all extremely nice with their top notch service. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. 🥰“

“During my stay at Grande Cayman Resort I had a great time at Starbucks. I received awesome customer service from Nizar and Oat. They recommended me the caramel crunch frap drink and it tasted great. I would recommend them to anyone who comes to this location.“

“This is by far the BEST Starbucks in South Carolina. Last week I visited 4 different stores and I visited this store 3 times out of my 8 stops in the same that week. For the most part I ordered the same thing…a caramel ribbon crunch. This store did not disappoint on either visit. With each visit I felt seen, welcome, and heard. The store was clean. The bathroom was clean and I didn’t need a code! The Baristas were super friendly, conscientious about getting my order done quickly and neat. No drips down the side of my cup. My drink tasted the same each time I ordered it at this store but when I ordered the same thing in Columbia it tasted different. Actually horrible in comparison. I wish there was a way to clone these baristas for every Starbucks.
Keep up the good you are doing at this location.“

“The cashier was absolutely wonderful at 10:19 25 June (blonde) was very helpful with my order he went out I f his way to make it the perfect dri for me and I really appreciate his thoughtfulness! It's employees like him that keep the customers coming back.

“They are super busy in the morning and they are short staffed. So if you don't want to wait in line order ahead. Workers are super nice and they are doing their best to get customers orders out. I ordered ahead and by the time I got there my order was ready.“

“Amazing in every way! I arrived, after walking through a torrential rain storm, at the Myrtle Beach Airport and my flight was delayed. I was soaking wet, a little frazzled and I also knew there wouldn’t be much chance for any food places here to be open if I didn’t grab something quickly. Apparently, many others were also delayed and were grabbing something to be sure they had food and drinks tonight, too. On a side note, Starbucks was closing in 20 minutes and you’d think that the team working would be rushing us…Quite the opposite! They were so busy, but they could not have been kinder, more patient or helpful and made each customer passing through feel comfortable and valued. The folks behind the counter at Starbucks here truly deserve a shout out!! In a world where we need it more than ever, the team at the airport tonight exemplified kindness, along with amazing customer service. Thanks so much!“

“Starbucks inside Target. Staff was enthusiastic and quick. Still no seating so one has to enjoy inside their vehicle. In general, at most Starbucks these days, finding they add too much milk to their coffee and latte beverages. However, they no longer have the little bar where one can add sugar and creamers to one's liking. Also, discovered adding half n half to certain beverages cost 80 cents more; 2% milk is now the standard--sad.“

“This Starbucks is by far one of my favorites. The staff is always super friendly and it’s very convenient if you are staying near where it’s at. It’s a very small Starbucks but a good one! You can’t redeem your rewards at the Starbucks but you can earn your stars.“

“Amazing service. However, it did not appear very busy, but our order took a long time. They explained to us that they have to fill all of the door dash/Uber eats/etc before our order and they get a lot of those. They should have a dedicated station/bar just for the delivery orders.“

“I visited Myrtle Beach with my family and stopped here on my way out of town. I could feel the friendliness and good vibes from across the counter. I worked at a Starbucks when I was in college and watching you all work together and engage with customers brought me joy and made me remember why I wanted to be a barista in the first place. You guys are doing a great job, keep making everyone's day brighter!“

“Love this location. BUT they were 24/7 for a bit during the summer and then never advertised about changing the hours to 5am to 12am. Last week we showed up at 11:55 thinking they are open all night. There is a truck in front of us in line, they order and we pull up, now 12:00 and they tell us they are closed...that they now close at 12am. Okay fine. We will make sure we come in before midnight. Got it. Why do we pull up tonight at 11:15 to the menu turned off and Google still saying they close at midnight? We go to the starbucks app and they changed their hours to 10:30. Awesome. All could have been avoided with updated hours signs at the menu. Just any kind of notice would have been appreciated. The staff there are nice and know what they are doing.“
