“There is chocolate crisp inside which I don't like! I told her I wanted peanut crumbs... It's still delicious! Just drink it as soon as possible. Otherwise the chocolate crisp will melt. It's a bit disgusting.. Still give 4 stars. The staff made a mistake except for the chocolate! The service is good. With a smile!. Thanks for being respected!“

“The team here at the five points starbucks are so awesome! I visited this morning and they were SUPER busy, but the vibe was amazing! The baristas were singing and dancing behind the counter while keeping the drinks flowing. It was so refreshing seeing happy faces in the chaos.“
“Love this Starbucks!!!! This has got to be the best one I’ve ever been to. The workers are nice and friendly, the food is great and the drinks are always nice and fresh. This is one of those places that puts a smile on your face due to great workers“
“Hi. I don't think you're supposed to cry when you get Starbucks but today I did. I was choking up already when I walked up and when the nice barista asked me for my order I started crying and walked away.
Because I was there to visit my father. Who is very quickly losing his battle with stage 4 cancer.
And because we were told today that they just want to make him comfortable because there isn't much else they can do
And I was broken because I love my dad. He has loved me through all my own garbage and all that I've put him through and now here he is suffering and I feel helpless. And my mom, who was with him in his room, felt helpless. But she loves those caramel ribbon crunch frappes. So I wanted her to feel better and I went to get one.
And when I finally got my tears under control I came back and ordered and the sweet barista took my order and when I returned the drink was ready for me and on it they had taken their time to write the sweetest, kindest, things on the cup. Encouragement to keep going, that it's okay to hurt sometimes, that things get easier, that there are people who care, and to hold on to what we love.
I needed that. The drink was for Mom. But the message was for me.
Thank you baristas who worked today, if you see this. I am so grateful for you both.“
