Very easy in and out. Never more than a 5min wait for my specialty coffee I get. Always friendly and service is quick.

I usually have nothing but good to say but have recently had 2 bad deliveries from this location. I feel like there is a slacking on the delivery orders, which makes me upset. I always order a matcha the same way ever time venti, 3 scoops matcha powder because 4 is too strong, with oatmilk, sf vanilla syrup and nd lavender cold foam. The last time I orders the matcha was not mixed properly and there was sediment in the bottom. This time my “matcha” if I can call it...read full review

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is the best in Florence. The staff is friendly and helpful. A customer from Seattle placed an online order for their mother in law, and the staff helped so much. Drinks are always ready and on point. One time, when the staff got behind on orders, they gave those waiting a free pumpkin pastry. The drink was ready fairly quickly even though they were moderately busy, though the mix was not quite right. Service was better than the one on palmetto. Never even asked for a tip.
