“Nelson was so kind and helpful. My body doesn't react well to coffee so I was hoping to grab an iced energy, unaware that they don't make them anymore. He was so patient with me and was able to offer a plethora of other options. This was a much needed kindness on a rather difficult morning, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. “I am a regular at Starbucks and this is my favorite store. I always pick up in the drive through. My favorite barista was just recently recognized and I'm so proud of him. All the baristas are sweet to me except this one girl. Every time I get there she is passive aggressive with me. I have tried to call and submit my complaint and do not have anymore time to wait. I would love to hear back from the manager or corporate.“

Skylar is incredibly sweet, warm, and personable. We talked about how she’s attending nursing school at Trident Tech while also working, and her kindness and genuine interest in people already shine through. She made the visit feel less like a quick coffee stop and more like a real human connection.

“I go to this Starbucks every morning since it opened- the amazing staff is what sets it apart from other locations. Despite how extraordinarily busy they always seem to be- the staff remains unwaveringly friendly, professional and always prepares my morning coffee quickly. Sky is a delight to see in the morning and always greets me warmly.“

“Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The line wasn’t long, the wait wasn’t long, and was not expensive compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink came out with 3/4 foam on the top which was only 1/4 cold brew. Pretty lopsided for my taste and not what I would expect with the typical quality control of Starbucks drinks.“

“Addison deserves a raise and a gold plaque! She is SO sweet! The morning of my best friend’s wedding, back in February, the whole bridal party drove through in desperate need of caffeine. Addison was in the window as happy as could be and hyped us all up for the day ahead of us. This morning, I drove through again for the first time since the wedding and Addison greeted me at the window with, “Hi!! I haven’t seen you in forever!! How was the wedding??” THAT’S the customer service that is rare these days. I could’ve yapped with her for hours. I hope she gets to see this too because I can only imagine how many people’s mornings she positively impacts each day!“
