“Very clean and well maintained. Good coffee. The usual type crowd, home office in Starbucks.. so arrive early if you need a seat. Clean restrooms. Parking is limited so you will need to park in the surrounding areas and walk. The usual long lines at the drive through.“
“This place is obviously tougher to run than most Starbucks despite the lack of a drive-thru. The customers are brutal with the staff, who are not robots yet people!!! Sure there’s an issue once in a while but this manager has been taking things in the right direction. Much much better than it used to be. We are all at the mercy of our staff right now. Don’t attack managers over the actions of staff that they don’t really get to pick. Your grievances are best communicated to the economy your parents allowed to be created without their input. Go cry about your coffee to the people that ruined everything else.“
“This is a quick Starbucks! Since it's inside Harris Teeter no long lines! It's right at the front of the store for easy access. The baristas are personable & efficient. If you want to skip the lines and don't mind walking inside this is the Starbucks for you in Charleston.“
“First time I went inside. The outside was moving right along. Guess I should stay outside, better service.While inside I have to say the servers were moving as fast as possible to get orders for the drive through but lacked attention to people who came in the front door.Employees need fatigue mats tile over concert wears one out. Been there done it.“

I heard my name perfectly when it was called and my drink was made in a good amount of time, considering how busy it was! The employees work fast and are very kind, despite some customers (like Cesar) who ruin the mood for no reason, probably because he's never worked a food service job lol. “This is the Starbucks located on The Citadel campus. Service is quick and friendly. They have to be with all of the cadets coming in and out. Order was completed perfectly. Coffee cake was warmed up and tasted as expected. My wife comes here all the time because she works on campus. The chai latte I ordered was prepared quite nicely. Tasty and hot, just how I like it.“
“Arran was the absolute sweetest person to grace my Friday while I was looking around for snacks. The girls who get it GET IT.Gingerbread oatmilk chai looking like a festive little piece of art. AND one of the best tasting drinks I've had at starbucks. I really only stop in when I have a gift card, and sometimes the drinks come out mid. It's hit or miss, but this was a HIT.As far as being in Harris Teeter's, there is not cafe seating nor is there an oven for warm foods. But it's a convenient stop for a caffeine fix while grocery shopping.“
“Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to stop and get a quick coffee and snack. I like being able to shop for groceries and get a coffee while I am shopping or one for the road to enjoy later. The drinks are always well prepared here and my order has been right every time. I like that there is a nice sitting area here and it is good to have a business meeting because there always seems to be an open seat regardless the time of day. This is a cool Starbucks.“
“The Harris Teeter on Harbor View Road in James Island is a great grocery store. They have consistently provided a high level of grocery services for a number of years and I have been impressed every time I have been in here. Whether I am in for a quick grocery run or shopping a longer time for an entire week this Harris Teeter works well for either purpose. I can find exactly what I need because the store is so well organized and all of the items are well stocked even when it is busy and there is a good sale going on. The staff here is very friendly and cool and will stop what they are doing to provide you with assistance and they are also quick with the checkout process which I really appreciate.“
“Wow, this is my go-to morning or afternoon coffee place. Today I didn't get any coffee but I did get one of the amazing refreshers. My order is a Mango Dragonfruit refresher w/ coconut milk. Stir it up and you got yourself a yummy drink that's fit for a king/queen. The ambiance is amazing it smells soo good like fresh coffee beans. And the music is so relaxing for a nice study day or just sitting drinking your drink, the service is so good! The baristas are really nice and kind. Best part, got my nails done and now they match my dragonfruit drink“
“BEN WAS AMAZING! my friend and i drove through and ordered a pink drink and a dragon fruit mango drink, along with some snacks! my friend funnily cut me off when i said i wanted a cake pop and completed the order. as soon as we pulled up to the window ben swung it open with the biggest smile and said “WHO SAID THEY WANTED A CAKE POP! let’s make it happen!” He was absolutely AMAZING, definitely needs to be recognized!“

“Starbucks at Ashley Landing is probably their most convenient location in Charleston. It’s very centrally located with easy access and even has a drive-thru. The building is beautiful inside and out and meticulously clean. It’s by far my most favorite of all of their area locations. Baristas are all friendly and helpful and service is excellent. Definitely 5-stars! Always good fresh coffee and pastries as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

Since I do order a lot, some of the staff knows me by name and they are very sweet and I am always greeted by name and I can’t rave about how wonderful the staff is and how well they treat their customers.
