The staff works hard and this isn’t their fault. This is a leadership failure. They are catastrophically understaffed and I commonly wait 30-40 mins for a drink here.
Eric helped me today and was super helpful, kind, and overall amazing.
Kolby is very courteous and kind. Great customer service, makes a great latte.
