This place is a super gem. After trying other Pho places, I found this one to be best. The chef sat down with me and explained how she makes the broths from scratch (no MSG!) Portions are huge with very fresh meats and vegetables. The pho is served with a side plate of limes, cilantro and/or basil and bean sprouts. The place is clean and the staff is great. Love, love this place!
I’ve been ordering takeout from Pho Saigon at least every other week for the past year, and they’ve become one of my absolute favorites; The food is consistently delicious, the quality is always there, and I’ve yet to be disappointed to say the least! Hands-down, the best Pho in the area in my opinion! I posit that any temperature under 60 degrees at night is cold. This weekend on Saturday was cold! And good weather is a great time for PHO!
Now I have pretty high standards for Vietnamese food since I lived over in the region, but this place is pretty good. The pho is very tasty and I enjoyed my chicken and veggies with it.
