“This place is a super gem. After trying other Pho places, I found this one to be best. The chef sat down with me and explained how she makes the broths from scratch (no MSG!) Portions are huge with very fresh meats and vegetables. The pho is served with a side plate of limes, cilantro and/or basil and bean sprouts. The place is clean and the staff is great. Love, love this place!“

“Had Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken combinations. Came with soup, egg roll, and fried rice. Food was really good! Staff were very nice. We ate in, it's a tiny place, and we were the Ionly ones eating in. But they had lots of people come in for take out while we were there.“

“Been coming here for years, literally since my son was in a high chair, and now he's 16. We have been waiting for them to reopen for a long time now, back then they were hands down the best around! The wife could run this all on her own, she's always been very warm & welcoming, her husband I think just comes across awkward and quiet, he has always been that way so I don't take it personally.

The food today was great, but the tandoori chicken seemed a bit dry instead of juicy like before, the chicken was the same in the butter chicken, I think they just need to find their footing again, they are working in a new building with an entirely new kitchen, so I will be back to see how they come along. I do miss the music they used to have playing, and the lighting was warmer. I think they just need to fill out the space more, maybe have some foliage decor, more color to contrast their food and have some music again, it felt so quiet, too quiet, and that led to it feeling more awkward. Also, if you have major diet restrictions, maybe don't do the buffet when its financially safer to put out more options for the carnivores among us that make up the majority. Try it at dinner, and order exactly what you want instead, win/win yes?

They need the community's support while they get settled again, they have gone through a lot & I'm not going to disregard the decade plus of excellent food & friendliness over one experience. They have been out of the game for at least 3 years, since then other indian places have popped up all over, they just need to adjust to the new expectations & make the place feel more welcoming.

They really do care about their customers, I hadn't seen them for years & when I ran into her at the grocery store, she remembered & asked about my husband and my kids too. We will be back sometime for the buffet lunch, but for now it was good, the sauces, naan, and extras were fantastic, we had tandoori chicken, butter chicken, lamb curry & goat aloo, the chicken could be more juicy & some of the lamb was tough. But, remember, new kitchen, new tandoors, new ovens. I'm sure in no time the chicken will be bursting with tenderness again. Until then, they have our support. Peace and love! Welcome back Nirlep!!“

“Bushido has a level of food quality that is consistently and regularly, without fail, always always and forever SO GOOD. Anything I have ever gotten has been delicious, from the first bite to the final licking of my chopsticks just in case I missed anything. Thank you for being so great! I admit I am a bit addicted and get Bushido at least once a week, but why wouldn’t I? Sushi, hibachi, crab Rangoon, you name it, and it will be delicious on a level that you can only comprehend when you try yourself. DO IT!“

“Best sashimi in Charleston. Way better than oku, kanpai tsunami or wasabi. This place had excellent service, the best quality and large portions that beat any other sushi restaurants prices!!!! “I have been coming here for nearly 5 years and have yet to have a bad experience. The dishes are always plentiful, and taste great. The servers are always friendly. Even though I moved and now live an hour away, I still come here when I’m in the area. I definitely recommend Asian Grill in Hanahan.“
