The experience this morning was horrible. The batista making the drinks was not only was incapable of making a correct drink but also had an awful disposition. My sister's and I all ordered drinks, one of the three coffees were correct. When we complained she got extremely ugly with us including coming from behind the counter in a threatening manner and making a scene. I only gave one star to complete this review. The Harris Teeter staff were prompt and helpful to correct the issue.

They were nice but didn't have anything at this store. They also didn't even fill up my drink all the way as you can see in the photo. My husband wanted an iced blonde vanilla latte and they couldn't do that. I wanted an iced decaf coffee and they couldn't do that either. Really wasted money for what you get here.

This Starbucks inside Harris Teeter is one of my favorite. They are consistent with other locations and provide excellent service. Their kiosk is always very clean.

We loved the reasonably priced, delicious beverages from Muddy Waters. I tried the bagel and my friend had a donut muffin - both were excellent!
This is a quick Starbucks! Since it's inside Harris Teeter no long lines! It's right at the front of the store for easy access. The baristas are personable & efficient. If you want to skip the lines and don't mind walking inside this is the Starbucks for you in Charleston.

Sweet barista actually interested in treating my kids like the little people they are. Saying hi and talking to them as she did me. She offered to share the tail end of my frappe with them in a sample cup. They felt so special!

Beyond disappointed. I ordered 2 matcha green teas (one hot and one cold). Hot one ended up being a CHI tea, cold one was asked to be made with almond MILK but it was clearly made with WATER. Waste of money.
