Horrible experience! We had time before school drop off this morning so I figured I'd go grab a coffee. There was a line in the drive thru and no line inside so we ran inside. Placed my order for one drink and waited and waited and waited. We were there FIFTEEN minutes before I got my drink after asking finally if they were making mine!
